How does one sum up today??

Other than the aha moment where Ann Finnell gave away all the mitigating factors...it's been like listening to paint dry.

I had denta/gum surgery this morning. Watched the ending of questioning juror #1 and start of #2, took a vidocen and nap. We were on page 8 and juror #2. After my long nap I come back to page 56 and only the THIRD juror?

Forget the trial lasting 6-8 weeks, picking the jury is going to take that long!

Did they dismiss #2 or keep him?

They kept #1 and #2.

Wow!! They just had a commercial here for Fresh Start Woman's center with Katie Couric! That place is amazing!

Court TV is a great place to run it since one of the things that they do is empower woman to leave abusive relationships. Sadly so many of the cases involve DV!

I should not criticize the PJs but I dont believe they're being so very honest to say they have NO opinion on the DP. I never in all my years of life have never met a person who did not have an opinion on the DP.

As far as Ann's giveaway.....JA asked for their list long long ago because he was forced to turn over the aggravating factors. Judge Perry ruled against him and so today...he got what he deserved....the mitigating factors.

See folks....from day one the Anthony's have been part of a plan.....why else do you think they did their best to prove all the mitigating factors on their own (except for the sexual abuse). Their dog and pony show was part of the penalty phase.

Maybe the brother too. What will be interesting is to see what side they sit on. Usually both the prosecutor and defense attorneys are present (if still around after the 20+ years it will take to get her there) and the families sit on the side they have come to represent.

The first two jurors 1340 and 1232 were asked to return for round 3. This is juror 1129 (the third juror)

At this point in the day I would say OK or YES just to stop the questions.

This is costing me a small fortune, I need to take a break now and then so I have been surfing shopping sites.....grrr I bought a new coffee maker and a laptop...sigh But they are necessary, I need coffee to keep me awake and my desktop attempted a meltdown on me, I can't afford to be without access to the internet for the next 6 weeks or so.....I have waited to long for this trial to get under way. What I do not understand is why isn't the DP question asked first? It would eliminate jurors that much faster. Either yes I do, or no I don't. jmo

Seriously - I don't know why I am still watching and can't stop either.

I am watching for Caylee Marie Anthony. She has all of us on her side. Certainly not her biological Family.
