Because GA said in front of the jury that he never saw that picture of the can before, I'm thinking that will make him sound more credible to the jury. Hoping!

I sure hope that the jury is going to be advised to strike everything they have heard as far as questioning about the photo that has not been put into evidence so that it is clear that he was not lying. For those that haven't followed like we have or heard what we just heard, it might look like he is lying or being evasive.

HHJP tells TELLS Baez that this image is not in evidence--trying to get him to offer it into evidence.

What does Baez do? Goes right on to his next question, and STILL DOES NOT offer to enter the image into evidence.

I am going to sit on my hands now, mods, because I have a lot I want to say and do not want to go to the corner.

CMIIW but I don't think JB can enter anything into evidence during the State's case.

I can't figure out if he is INTENTIONALLY trying to pull a fast one or if Baez actually does NOT REALIZE there really are 2 different photos! I tend to go with the former, but that is giving him too much credit for knowing the facts of this case. It is a toss up!

The SA's are so smart.......they will only use photo to bolster THEIR evidence. Not let JB use it to try to support his fiction.

This is exactly what I worry about. Where it stands now, it isn't really looking good for George IMO.
