Just had a revelation. ICA lies like my ex. I believed his lies and always defended him to everyone. Looking back now - wow. And like Cindy - how different my life would be if I'd saw through from the start. I see how she can relate the stories like yesterday. I can too. I do feel sorry for her. You just get sucked in, no matter how smart you are. And my poor kids. At least we are out and everyone is fine.

Does anybody know, as this trial goes along, and JB knows he is losing, can he try to plead insanity for ICA or is it too late? Based on the dysfunction and ICA's actions, she obviously has some sort of psychosis. (Although I believe she knew right from wrong. She just didn't care.)

If Baez tries to pound Cindy like he did George the jury is going to hate his guts.

He really really made a huge mistake with this defense. He should have played the accident theory and left her parents out of it. No one is going to believe this abuse defense. There was no hitting, no sexual abuse, no abuse of any kind. Casey ran the show there and did whatever she wanted and you can tell both her parents just believed her lies and she got away with murder. Jose's theory looks ridiculous after both these people testified.

totally agreed, the accident theory might have flown, but all the added extras of abuse, and then throw in Roy Kronk, where is he going to come in in all of this, they sunk themselves. After CA testimony today, LE next week, forensics, etc., ICA is sunk. totally.
