Good morning everyone. I'm feeling a little disappointed in JB this morning. Nothing gleaned from the first witness. Not sure what this one has to present yet but I would have thought it would be a better "out of the gate" witness.

I agree. All he did was point out yet again that the Prosecution is waaaaaaaaay better. Just when people are used to thinking the 'dream team' refers to the lawyers sitting at the Defense table.....it's the other way around here. I'm afraid no matter how many years of experience JB gets, he'll never be a good trial lawyer.

Off topic but actually Baez might have missed his calling. He is asking questions that elicit explainations that are really making the subject not only easy for me to understand but very easy for me to understand and I"m sure the jury too. He should have been a teacher. JMHO.
