JB going thru all this is only showing just how thorough LE was in their investigations..WHEN all these tests were done NO ONE but KC knew what happened to Caylee..let alone where she was??..In the end, no blood..okay now its diffinative..She was not shot, she was not bludgeoned, she was not a victim of any traumatic injuries...HOWEVER..She died from lack of O2, and it doesnt matter which came first..chloroform, duct tape, plastic bags..Yikes

Bottom line DNA testings were done long before they ever found sweet Caylee's remains to fine that out even tho she was only bones by that time :-(

I hope the SA asks "would you expect to find blood on a suffocation victim?"

Not when the body had been buried, bundled up in several trash bags and duct tape over the nose/mouth.

No DNA on KC's cloths....wouldn't one expect there to be DNA from skin cells if she had worn the item and it had not yet been washed? I'm thinking CA washed far more than just ICA's slacks.

Don't forget, State to gets to cross examine and re-cross, if they wish.

I hate it when Jose says " can you describe to the ladies and gentleman of the jury!"

I do, too, and I'm not sure why ......think it's just his overall persona that bothers me......

I hate it when Jose says " can you describe to the ladies and gentleman of the jury!"

Ugh me too! Why can't he just say the jury. Ok nitpicking, but still :)

I don't think he's bringing in this evidence for the blood value but for the discoloration of the shirt's. He will say that cleaning products caused the discoloration as well as the chloroform
.

Oh, I do hope so! Because then the next logical question would be why was Casey compelled to clean her trunk so vigorously?

  • #750
I think if that were true there would have been more hair and evidence in the trunk. I think she was bagged in the trunk - fatty acids seeped out. I don't think she used the shovel to bag her. I think she was going to bury her but changed her mind and then just through her int he woods.

MO of course.

I don't think she uded the shovel to bag her either. I said Casey discovered digging a hole was too much like "work" and she gave up

Is juror 6 falling asleep again? Just watched his head bob.

HAHA I know I am just about falling asleep!

  • #752
No blood or DNA on the shovel, surprise.

  • #753
No blood or DNA on shovel?

Maybe because it was cleaned? Ya think?

  • #754
Is DNA not present in adipocere?

I don't know the answer to that question MTnest but good question. Also is DNA never found in purging liquid from deceased? No cells ever found within purging liquid? Something I will look up later.

  • #755
If I were the jury, I would feel as if my time is being wasted. They had Weds off, but Thursday when they start, they call Bloise and get nothing. Now with this lady---we already KNOW there was no blood, just fluids. JEBUS HELP ME![/QUOTE]

Jesus help Caylee get her justice on the day that she most likely died. God bless her and those that care.

EXACTLY!!! This is crazy!

  • #756
Isn't it true that when the body begins to decompose, that DNA is destroyed? Or something like that?

What was said, is once a body decomposes the DNA breaks down...

  • #757
Is he trying to prove that the stain in the trunk wasn't decomp because it tested negative for blood?

The decomp fluid comes from the inside out...gastrointestinal bacteria....it wouldn't have blood!! The blood is settled in the veins, arteries and capillaries of the body so without a perforation of some sort into the body, why would there be blood???!!

He's an <modsnip>!

  • #758
Why is SA not objecting for relevance?

Has anyone suggested, implied, or claimed this was a bloody death?

::yawn::

I think it is because the entire line of questioning is rediculous! Better to let them dig their own time in hell.

  • #759
Tested shovel for blood?? No blood. Ok.....

  • #760
This line is especially foolish considering the exchange between JB and HHJBP early on, when the judge specifically asked him how anyone would be able to detect a drowning in a pool. At that time, JB brought up the issue of a possible head injury and blood. That may be why he keeps going back to this dry well.
