Just to make yourself feel better, count the number of sustained JB receives during testimony, compared to the number of overruled JA receives when he does the cross.

In other words, when JB objects, he is overruled, when JA objects it is sustained. You will actually see HHJP rules in JA's favour.

Sub-adult, indeed. I don't think the jurors will care for this expert's attitude, either.

Are you sure he wasn't referring to insects instead of Caylee? Insects are commonly referred to as being in a sub-adult stage.
