Why does Defense keep making this mistake with their witnesses? If they were going to question them about certain things, have them put it in their report! Rules are rules and it's not fair they keep breaking them. What's the deal? Were they not able to get enough experts so they are using the ones to have to give testimony about other stuff? This is ridiculous. No wonder JP is pissed off. JA has every right to object.

Does it seem strange to anyone else that this witness did not say WHAT he got his degrees in? BA and MA are Bachelor and Masters of ART, not science. I tried googling to find out, but can't find it. Does anyone else have this info or know where to find it? Sorry if this has been asked already.

Why does HHJP only get pizzed when Ashton objects?? He has every right to object, as does the defense, yet the judge doesn't looked mad when they object. I don't get it.

Jose Baez is a VERY unethical lawyer. He tries to win points by being sneaky with the court and by not playing fair. I hope this witnesses testimony is shot down and not allowed.

1st dirty trick was allowing that witness to state he was there voluntarily as an UNPAID expert.

He got away with it yesterday with TH.
