Shared his opinion with JB over phone in 07. Dr being asked if he knew all opinions must be filed in report. Baez never informed Dr of this.

Uhoh. Another guy who has opinions but does not note them in his report. HHJP doesn't seem happy about this.

Aren't they supposed to enter all opinions in the report.

I believe this is JB's fault, not this witnesses fault. The failure in communication appears to have come from the DT.

I personally think this man should be excused as a witness. I thought all along that if Baez's witnesses did not comply with the order of the court, they could not testify in court.

Will HHJP allow this man to continue?
