Didn't JB just purger his own witness? When HHJP asked witness if he knew about or read the court's order to include everything in his report that he would testify to, the witness said, "No." But JB just asked him if he remembered the emails he had sent that stated basically the same thing ~ and the witness then said, "Yes."
Now, what did that do? JB is cleared; he did the right thing; he is a good boy. The witness? He looks like he's lied. No?

If this duct tape testimony was not included in his report, then why the heck did he even bring it up. It doesn't matter if the man included it or not, If the opinion was not included it is up to the attorney to leave it out! Baez chose to bring it in.

Please have an adult witness hold up the exact size piece of duct tape and place it directly over the mandible on both sides and show everyone, once and for all that even on a large adult face that a piece of duct tape would cover both the mouth and at least most of the nostrils!
