The problem is you cannot put the cork back in the bottle. The jury heard this testimony. I would not want to be that doctor in a deposition today. Ashton is going to get to the bottom of this. It will come out in his testimony how long ago Baez knew about this opinion.

HOLY SMOKE! Now I love my 90 year old grandma, love elderly people - but Spitz went to a school before Israel became a state? Uhhhhh that's really a long time ago! My grandma is way smart but I don't know as if I'd put her on the stand for anything.

I'm not discounting his education...but wow. Shouldn't doctors, any doctor, retire after awhile?
