So this trial has gone from a train wreak to a circus and now a rodeo...wow!

Both inside and outside the courtroom.

I'm no legal eagle but my guess is that Baez doesn't make it through the rest of the trial without some kind of major discipline. I think he's going to fall through that thin ice.

Exactly right. And the witness who presented the video said so himself on the stand. The video represented how the duct tape MIGHT have moved during decomp. But Dr. R probably isn't watching all this testimony, so he's probably not aware of that. Again, not his fault if he misspeaks...JB is asking the questions here, and he only contacted Dr. R 2 days ago?

And that evidence was very helpful to me, as a non-parent, to understand just how SMALL a 3-year old's face really is, KWIM?
