IMHO this is a well qualified witness the defense called. Just as Dr. Spitz was IMHO. The jury will listen to both sides questioning and can only come away with the conclusion that KC is guilty. JMHO.
I find this witnesses testimony interesting though. JA is doing a good and thorough job of questioning.
She seems very unsure of herself. "Sometimes yes or no is not so easy." Well this may be true, but she seems unsettled within herself, doesn't speak with authority or conviction IMO
imo, Ashton needs to get away from this witness so her testimony is as limited as stated in her direct. He is allowing her to expand it to areas that are not helpful to his cause. I think she is credible and good.
Dr. Boch is sticking to her story of two weeks saying she believes roots could grow through a laundry bag in December in two weeks. Will not testify about roots growing through bones, saying she is not qualified.
JA making her admit she has never studied root growth through bones.
Then she comes back and says she has "looked" at evidence of roots growing through bone over many years.
JA: You have admitted you've never had experience with a decomposing skeleton is that correct? DB: Yes, grimace, eyes rolled up, throat tighetened as in crap, I just messed up for the DT!
#CaseyAnthony Bock says she's never studied root growth around a skeleton.
