If Dr. Bock believes that roots could grow into that laundry bag and up through those bones in only two weeks.... I cannot give her testimony any credit at all. Anyone who gardens knows that plants just do not grow that fast. You don't have to be a botanist to know that it takes time for plants and plant roots to grow. :doh:

This past school year my kindergardener's planted beans...it took over two weeks for them to begin to break the soil.

Making yourself available as an expert witness to defend a child killer is a pathetic way to make a living. IMO she is despicable.

I disagree, she's made herself available period, whether the state or the defense retains her services.

I'm happy JA is pointing out that she has changed her testimony from the deposition. I think that even the jury is going to begin to notice the changes in stories of the DT witnesses.

I don't like this Dr. Bock and her looks she is giving JA and the tone she takes with JA when recalling the deposition. It is clear that she is personally upset with JA.

The DT should scramble to find all the elderly female experts they can find. That is about the only way they can take him down a notch.

HMO, but he doesn't need to be taken down a notch. This is for real. It is not a game.

Not directed at you, but just wanted to say JA is very passionate and it shows in his questioning. It is as it should be. At least he doesn't resort to tactics that draw contempt proceedings hanging over his head.
