He never told this RE to render a report...he was retained in July 2010...doesn't recall order...

Never told to give a report...Mr. Baez didn't tell him to write up a report between December 2010 and May 2011...Just last Saturday he was requested by Baez to go to the prosecutors office, so Saturday night he wrote up his report...I believe His Honor is going to hand Baez his walking papers...

Between December 2010 and May 2011 the DT could have contacted me...Baez trying to wiggle out of this one...

I just can not believe that Baez never told any of his experts to write a full report of opinions and reasons for such opinions! He need a good ol fashioned paddling! How can he expect to get away with this?

As I've stated I have a great affinity for the elderly. It seemed to me this witness was in physical pain also. A recent surgery? Arthritis?

I've thought about some of these DT's witnesses...(Spitz also),... perhaps they are testifying because they are totally and completely against the death penalty? I'd feel uncomfortable if I thought there motive was money or media attention. Call me naive.

This witness was a gift for the prosecution. Thank goodness for that is all I can say.

JA seems to have toned it down a bit as well. I feel that the only reason why he gets touchy now and then is because of his passion for justice. There were some times that he was actually shaking. He's been insulted and dragged into lectures just because of appeal issues. It's very, very difficult to detach sometimes when one feels frustrated or insulted or whatever. I personally do not have that sort of the detached
gift thingy. My sister is a pro, her "toleration bar" is set higher than mine. I hope JA continues his effort. If he does not, I don't blame him. How would you feel? Attorney's are human beings first, professionalism and proper courtroom manners are expected, but I understand him and his reasons.
