None of these questions by Baez are going to mean anything to the Judge. You could tell by the tone of his response to JA's deposition. Almost like "I'll allow it because it doesn't matter".

EVEN IF (and I mean IF) he WAS told to write a report, it still falls on JB to follow-up and say 'we didn't get a report from you.' JB KNEW HE DIDN'T HAVE A REPORT.
