i don't know that I've seen a more distained defendant in a murder trial. Every day she looks like she's inconvenienced to be there and is waiting rather impatiently to have this huge waste of time behind her. She doesn't even try to humor the court. It's an interesting way to present yourself when you are facing the death penalty.

William Rodriguez is in fact not ocming back. Finally found it. Earlier poster was asking about it. at about the one minute mark JA asks the Judge about statement to jury about WR not returning.

Did I hear right? Did JB just ask the witness, "What other type of meaningless work do you do at the FBI?" I'm thinking I heard that wrong?

I thought I heard wrong too until she answered. I think JB has gone into no-holds-barred mode. He knows he can't stoop any lower or get in any more trouble no matter what he says.

ETA: There's no telling what we'll hear come out of his mouth before this is over.

I am going to call Dr. Drew and tell him that they have mentioned AGAIN that they tested her hair for Xanax. He keeps saying "I don't know why they did not test for this." It drives me nuts.

Every night, I watch with my daughter on the couch with me..she has JVM/NG/DrDrew's phone number in her phone because I say "GET THEM ON THE PHONE SO I CAN TALK" :floorlaugh::floorlaugh: We never get through.

A pretty clever quip (even if bordering on rude) there about meaningless work in FBI but eventually that redirect amounted to zip again.

Does he intend to ask everybody if the reason they test stuff is to look for evidence?
I don't know... IMO it's underestimating the jurors to keep restating the obvious.
