So what points did this last witness make? Was he helpful to the defense? I just got on and missed everything so far.

He backed up dr Vass's testimony but didn't do as complete an analysis so he couldn't say where chloroform came from (dead body,e tc)

I wonder if JA is a chemist!! He is certainly very knowledgeable about all of these scientific and forensic issues.

JA is NOT a chemist.

Why doesn't Jeff A know there was no chlorine in the Anthony pool????

Has that even been confirmed or is that there was no chorine used by Anthonys just been media hype? I mean Nancy was all over the place last night about no coyotes in FL lol. Does anyone have a link that verifies that the Anthony's used no chorine? TIA

I really believe we've all been way too worried about Juror #4. Listening to her Voie Dire she reminded me so much of my neighbors momma.... a little bit older, church going, not a gossipy sort, doesn't like to judge people... yet I tell you every day I see her she asks what I think now because she's ready to see her Guilty & Punished. Her typical line is "God forgive me, that woman needs to be put to death for what she did to her baby". I don't think we'll see a hung jury, and I doubt she's thinking lesser charge. She's the one who the tweets say stare at ICA, shakes her head during disturbing testimony, etc... I think the note taking is BS as well. When the SA's were up she was reported to taking notes. MOO

#4 seemed meek and quiet.

I'm guessing she caves like rotten planks over an old mine shaft.

The defense at least gave the jury a differing air test result to consider-without boring the jury to death.

I thought CM did an okay job with that witness.

Really? He confirmed the presence of chloroform and other decomposition chemicals and confirmed Vass' method was better than his. Big deal that gasoline vapor is found in a closed trunk. CM may have done the best anyone could do, but this witness was much more helpful to the state, imo.

Because correct me if I'm wrong, but the only place we have heard that is from Cindy.........and well you know, she might have been "mistruthing".

Didnt LE take the pool chemicals early on?
