I was thinking maybe she took it from the bin that was already used and that is why there is testosterone in it...? Good thing to know though that they can look back and see if any were missing..

Used syringes are disposed off in a bio-hazard container. There wouldn't have been any used syringes laying around

Who puts cleaning compunds in a syringe? I have to try that, must be a faster way to clean. :banghead:
I'm more and more believing that ICA actually spilled the chloroform in the back of that trunk - or used the syringe to "inject" a cleaner into the carpet cause she knew that's where the smell was coming from and also - to throw the syringe out with the body - lends more to "kidnapping" scenerio. ICA probably found that syringe in one of the "college flop house" types that she liked to frequent, in the bathroom somewhere - therefore the steroids in it. The toilet paper roll inside the bottle is commonly used to disguise the contents - KWIM?

Oh - NOW WHAT?

My guess- she ran cleaning fluid thru the syringe to wipe out the chloroform.

Hope it's time for the daily defense spanking.

A 5-10 minute recess? I thought court is done at noon today.

In my doctors office the bio-hazard bin sits on the floor right next to the table. It would be easy enough to lift the lid and grab one, IMO.

The news reports told a different story in the evening. She was not called to testify yesterday was what they said.

I don't know what anybody said about when she was to testify, but it doesn't make sense that her testimony would fit in yesterday. Would be strange to have her on the stand inbetween all the experts we sufferred through.......

Seems most defense experts just agree with the pros.

There is NO evidence of a needle. Just a syringe. These devices are commonly used to give medication to small children or pets orally.

Well, whoever disposed of the syringe sure did take great care in concealing it... in a bag, in a bottle, in a toilet paper roll, with the cap on the bottle. Weird.

Me too! We've had so little to look forward to since the DT started presenting their case.

What just happened I missed it - why are we in recess?

  • #1,494
OK - went out to smoke only to come back and hear Ms. Lowe state that the duct tape in the woods was dissimilar to that found in the home....What?
No doubt they're speaking of a roll...perhaps the black one that Cindy believed they had the time.

JA and JB all buddy buddy now it seems.

JB's neck stretching is annoying. I guess it is an uncontrollable tic. Maybe he needs a shirt with a bigger collar.

perhaps by someone needing a needle, but no healthcare professional would be desperate enough to stick their hand into that container.

Hey guys, I think finding the Gatorade bottle with testosterone is significant for the DT. It's possible that Iorn Man, or Incredible Hulk was at the site, and could have manipulated evidence on behalf of the State.
