Have you taken your "sleep" function on your computer to "never"? You may find what you are experiencing is your feed dropping off because your computer is moving to sleep mode because of in activity.

I think that JB thought that he needed to put on a case and wow the jurors with witnesses.
He failed to realize that it is only helpful when your witness actually HELPS your case.
