Bill Schaeffer does not think Juror 4 will cause a hung jury. She might cause a lesser included but not a hung jury.

But even that upsets me. If it's lesser than 1st degree murder that means ICA could get out in as little as 13 years for killing Caylee. She would still be within child bearing years.

I would just feel better if she wasn't even on the jury period. I think it was the biggest mistake that HHJP has made and might allow ICA to be free one day.

I also disagree with the Juror 4 hype. Just because someone "wont judge someone" doesn't mean they think every single person walking the earth is innocent and perfect.

Or she just used that as an excuse to not be on this jury but it didn't work...I hope juror #4 will not cause a ruckus as being the lone holdout..Hoping #4 will do right for Caylee Marie and find justice for this precious child...

I agree they need to move on. I know they are trying to disprove the SA experts but they doing so badly at it and there is NO narrative here. When the SA was up they had were creating a somewhat linear timeline. I could follow it. This just seems like "well all the silly science and junk scientists are wrrrrrrooonnng and that guy is NOT A CHEMIST".

I may be expecting to much to think we should get a somewhat clear narrative. Even if it is complete caca, JB needs to weave that and not just in his opening statement. Stop calling experts that make you look like an idiot. Call GA...calll LA. Call Casey if you are going there. Call anyone who legitimately can support the crazy abuse = covered up an accidental death and not some guy you pick out of the phone book.

He may or may not have a science background. JB's opinion aside, one can become very erudite just by reading and thinking. He could have learned a lot in preparation for this case, by being smart!
