I do not think the tactics used by the SA are reflecting well on them.

I have polled people off this board and alot of people I have asked believe the SA is not letting the truth out ,and that doesnt look good.

The people I have asked are in VA ,and may have different expectations from the SA here and comparing.

No not for anything he did today - he is charged with illegally recording a defense PI that he didn't trust - can't record someone without their knowledge in Florida - issue is that the jury heard him take the 5th

He is also the one that brought it to LE's attention about the fake papers LB has presented that the DT investigator showed him.

HIPPA rules probably require that they keep all medical info (including who when and what emails are sent from work) for several years.

Is CA not aware of this or is it passive/aggressive looking like she did everything to help ICA when she knows she will be impeached and then it looks even worse?
