Just got here and heard Bill S say that the SA added two witnesses, which we will hear in their rebuttal. One of them is from Gentiva, who has been added to destroy (my words) Cindy's testimony about her emails, etc at Gentiva. Thereby proving that Casey is responsible for those searches.

Why is it a big deal that he recorded a conversation? I mean yes it's illegal, but we heard testimony yesterday that Hoover taped DC covertly and no one made a big deal out of it.

Does anyone know why he was threatened with prosecution?

For illegal wire taping...he surrendipously recorded the conversation he had with the DT PI...he thought he was being set up and how right he was. He also told the DT that he was mistaken. This is a large field with overgrown plants/trees and it could be very easy to mistake the area...He did find out the area he was at was about 100-150 feet off of where Caylee's remains were eventually found...HTH...

I really don't like Mr. Jordan, and never have. Ever. He inserted himself into this case from the very beginning. He was determined to make a name for himself. He conducted other searches on his own. He made sure he got himself on FOXnews.

He damaged the reputation of Texas Equusearch, he messed up the investigation. I am sure this has cost him a pretty penny both financially and personally.

He is no hero, imo.

In my mind, ANYONE who searched for Caylee is a hero. IMO
