OMG CM gets on my last nerve with his mumbling, yelling and not using the MIC so all I hear is "wharble wharble wharble wharble". It's very frustrating when trying to figure out what they are talking about. Why did DT even bring this guy on the stand? None of this proves that Caylee accidentally drowned

Me too! I'm in Windsor, ON - miss the good old Boblo days!

As for privacy fences - we have them here and call them that - you can't see through them and they are usually about 7 feet high to prevent people from easily climbing over them. Many people here use them if they have a pool.

He is trying to show that the body was moved, and now the witness has changed his testimony and invoked the 5th.
