I still don't understand this.

Why did Jordan meet with the DT? For a deposition? Was his attorney there?

Why is it a big deal that he recorded a conversation? I mean yes it's illegal, but we heard testimony yesterday that Hoover taped DC covertly and no one made a big deal out of it.

I think the sketch part of this is the state offering him immunity, because it is a possible felony.

It would make me want to think twice about searching in a high profile case. Most definitely.

They want to make everyone look bad in this case besides ICA. Everyone... from her parents, to her family... her friends... the people who searched for Caylee... the detectives... the person who found her everyyyone. Its disgusting. I hope the jury sees that.

They called this guy up there to just smear him. So. Gross.

As retired Judge Alex Ferrer stated...the DT is using the ABC defense..Anyone But Casey is responsible for Caylee's demise...which we use SODDI.....:innocent:
