interesting that Bill S says that if she just signed something to say she knows she is taking the stand against her counsel advice it cannot be part of appeal

Casey looks awfully animated and chatty. I can't make up my mind about whether or not she will testify. The DT has a lot of 'splaining to do, and Casey is the only person who can answer some of the nagging questions that I'm sure many of us have.
