Is Cindy in the courtroom right now? If so, I find that totally and completely ridiculous.

I think His Honor is going to allow it. CA changed her testimony at the 11th hour.

OKay...so now, JB states CA lying was on her....and he was not aware..BS.

I cannot believe things are hinging on CA:banghead:

WWWAAAAHhhh WAHHH wAHHH blah blah blah@!!!!!!!!!!!STIGMA already there!!!

Baez argument is the same one he uses for everything incriminating.
I don't like it, it's not fair...

well if she gets up and pleads the 5th we may have to deal with that....it could cause jury to disregard all of her testimony

JB does not want a stigma attached to defense

JB hit the nail on the head.. FALSE testimony.. that is what he doesnt want the jury to have in their face..

other problems he states... yes that normally happens when someone lies on the stand !!!

These searches show premeditation to the state.
The defense of course would rather leave the jury confused then give them the facts!

Was worried about these records until JP asks if the defense knew that's what she would testify.

JB - just because you're salaried doesn't mean you can come in and out whenever you want. You are still required to be there during your scheduled time and generally have to be granted permission from a supervisor. Now if you are self-employed you can come and go.....two different things!

Her time cards clearly show she lied. March 14th, she had a PTO day. March 17-21 every single day she had overtime, which she testified that the employees weren't allowed to clock over 8 hours. All the time cards in discovery show overtime. She clearly lied and this needs to come in.

#CaseyAnthony You can tell how bad these records are for defense that they're fighting to have them excluded.

THATS his prejudice? No, it makes ICA the person who did the searches. DUH!

Can you imagine how the jury would feel if this DIDN'T come in, and they DIDN'T convict...then they found this out after the fact....
