Will the can be included with all of the other evidence, when it comes time for deliberations? Even though the ruling was made no doubt "in an abundance of caution" and/or that the defendant cannot cross examine a can nor a juror, I presume that HHJP when reading the instructions to the jury, will add that they are not permitted to open the can? This is the first time that I can remember a piece of evidence having an instruction similar to this. I have some issues with memory though.

He's not letting any of the cans go back to the jury room with the rest of the evidence.

Isn't it infuriating that ICA acts like she is in a paralegal intern with her texting, pens, notes and clandestine whispers to her "team"? ..when all the while, she knows she did this crime and is laughing inside at how much chaos she has caused for so many.
I would like to see her cell wall papered with those pix that she just couldn't bear to look at : you know, the ones of her daughter's duct tape skull. Then she'd have to see it every time she opened her eyes for the rest of her life.

The thing that would actually bother her would be photos of all her "friends' partying without her. She could care less about photos of poor Caylee.
