Jesse testified during a proffer and the judge ruled that the jury will NOT hear his testimony as it is hearsay. He testified that casey told him LA groped her (or tried to) and that she didn't want Caylee around him. He also said that LA seemed creepy and sullen and he did not get a good vibe from him. The jury did not hear that testimony and will not.

I don't think the State will have her back on the stand for any reason. I think they will just introduce the evidence via the Gentiva employees.
