Also, I know you don't want to hear this but, I've never listened to a trial, and if I were on the jury, this is at least sounding like it MIGHT be something I would consider. It's making me confused, so I can't help but wonder, if it's doing the same to some of the jury.

1 - indictment no evidence (sustained)
2 - immediately again after objection 1 (sustained)

Prosecution objections to Defense closing - Part 2:
1 - when he first heard about chloroform he thought this has to be a joke (sustained)
2 - paragraph 5 of order (overruled at this point)
3 - paragraph 5 - no matter how much it costs (sustained) derogatory remarks about counsel
