He puts Dr G's three main reasons for homicide up. So he reminds the jury of them, and he says " The man on the street could tell you that without even being a doctor,"

THAT's RIGHT BAEZ. All it takes is COMMON SENSE to tell us it was homicide.

So, this whole thing has just been a HUGE conspiracy!
Everyone from the police officers to the FBI, to her own family & friends and a meter reader! Even the medical examiner was involved!
Even a made-up Nanny, squirrels and coyotes were involved in setting her up!

Baez seems to concede Casey did at least some of the chloroform searches. He says she wanted to know what chloroform was because her boyfriend at the time, Ricardo Morales, had a MySpace posting of a couple at a candlelit dinner with the caption: "Win her over with chloroform."

Baez may be losing it a bit. He seems to be bringing out his anger at the rulings that were denied and trying to point out how the evidence entered shouldn't have been. I think he is now losing track of who his audience is.
