Ashton has continually made gestures, facial gestures, laughing, rolling eyes throughout the trial. I've seen it myself over and over. That is a rule set bu HHJP as well that Ashton is breaking. Problem is that it has provoked Baez to react out loud. Baez just can't let it go and crosses another line then he himself gets in trouble. Go figure.
Both Ashton and Baez do this, all of the time - even pre-trial hearings. It's unprofessional, IMO. I'm more surprised that Ashton does it because he's been "in the game" far longer than Baez.

Correct. JA has to sit there like a professional, expressionless, like everyone else in the courtroom. There is no reason to excuse this professional of behavior that would land a spectator in jail.

His conduct this morning has been ludicrous. He might very well have just cost Kaylee the justice she deserves.

If that is the case, then HHJP should not yawn in court or rock in his chair. Fair is fair. Many of the spectators have smiled this morning along with Ashton at different times. Casey smiled when she seen the video this morning of she and Caylee.

Maybe Baez's voice was getting ttttooooo loud and instead of Jeff placing his fingers in his ears, he cracked a smile..
Or, as another poster said, maybe someone at the prosecution table let out a toot?

Y'all keep neglecting the fact that the objection was sustained. (And Judge Perry already heard from Jose Beaz that JA was making faces at him. Yet he still sustained.)

The judge just left the court room without his robes throught he public door.

Bill Schaeffer says HHJP walked out without his robe and with the reporter. Speculation HHJP will watch the video. JA really was laughing behind his hands IMO.

Oh no HHJP just left the room without his robe with the courthouse administrator... (Bill S) WTH????

JA has such a rubbery face, his expressions are charming or hilarious or just plain noticable. Some folks have those kind of rubbery, expressive faces.

If I were sitting on the jury, I'd have a hard time stifling giggles after listening to JB rant and rave in his unprofessional lunatic way for such a long time. I think that JA was trying very hard to cover his amusement, but who knows what set him off? Maybe some of the jurors were getting the giggles too and that set him off?

how much longer does Baez have to go? It HAS to be close to 4 hrs by now.
