JA doesn't need to see the 'replay'..... However, CM wants to look at it before the HHJBP renders his decision. That is what we are waiting on....DT to view the replay of what brought the proceeding to a HALT.

I think he is going to find them both in contempt and hit them with a hefty fine.

CM will move for a mistrial. HHJP will deny the motion.

Agreed, and I'm extremely disappointed. I thought at least Ashton could remain professional so a murdered baby could get her justice. I think Ashton is a good prosecutor, but I can't excuse defying the judge's orders and causing this mess.
