HHJBP I'm saying you can't say that LA or GA sexually abused ICA.

JB: Family dysfunction?

HHJBP: As long as you don't use the argument that she was sexually abused by her father or brother.

Did JB submit testimony and/or records regarding ICA's early gyno exam?

Wouldn't that have helped the defense?

Or would records from so long ago have been destroyed, same with records at child's daycare and/or school?
