Come on Linda, hit it out of the park!!

LDB needs to snap everyone out of the doldrums caused by the defense...

wonder if she could ask to wait until am

It's open so this must be it.

i don't think the jury is tired, I think the adrenalin is flowing. Soon they get to go home and they know it.

RichardHornsby Richard Hornsby
Breaking News: Chaney Mason is being indicted for 16 counts of manslaughter; to wit, boring them to death!

That last Hornsby tweet nearly caused me to have an accident. :floorlaugh:

It would have been much better to have the State's closing rebuttal tomorrow morning. It's a bit unfair to the State. If they take all the time they have tonight the jurors will be tired.

we need some sanity here from ldb.. the facts... and rebuttal of all the BS

  • #1,772
They have 2 1/2 hours left!

  • #1,773
How long did the Defense take? Were they over the 4 hours?

  • #1,774
Don't know why, but it was very satisfying to click the exit box on the Defense thread.

I better go have a cigarette while I can, this is taking longer then I thought :)

  • #1,777
ldb at a huge disadvantage. jury is tired, bored and hungary.

  • #1,778
I really don't know if JB made any points. he talked way to long, contradicted himself hundreds of times, convoluted and boring. It was over kill and I think he alienated the jury, esp with his cruel comment about Gas Can George not killing himself. JB is a pompous blowhard.

I just saw JA filling up his water bottle!

Someone on HLN just said they thought the defense went long enough, "you can't go on too long in closing." She thought the state made a mistake by keeping it short.
