Yeah, I wasn't sure what MK was talking about there? Crystal? Amber?

question, they just said the 25 yr charges may be dropped and RC may be charged only with 2 15 year charges. Per AH on the show. Are the 15 yr sentences mandatory minimum? It was also stated that that his sentence wont be confirmed until Misty is sentenced 3 days later if I heard that correctly.
Sorry if this has been asked already. But on the 15 yr sentence is that mandatory and can it be run concurrently and time served be applied? I'll take it to the question forum mods if it needs to be there, Just let me know.
I thought Klass thought Ron had nothing to do with it? Did he change his mind? I'm not watching just reading.......
lol I'm going to thank you in advance before I can decipher it!Ron has 5 trafficking in script drug charges. The FL statute determines the sentencing by the weight of the drugs you are caught trafficking with.
4-14 gr.-min. man. 3 yrs. plus fine
14-28 gr.-min. man. 15 yrs. plus fine
28 gr. but less than 30 kg.-min. man. 25 yrs. plus fine
Ron has 1 4-14 gr. charge, 2 14-28 gr. charges and 2 28 gr.+charges.
Yes, the sentences can run concurrently and time served is applied.
Also, Misty won't be sentenced 3 days later (after Ron's court date). That is her trial date, Aug. 23. Ron's next court date is Aug. 20. I believe she does have a last chance plea day or docket call as it is also referred to but AH is not taking that into consideration.
Crystal was 18 when she had Haleigh but was with RC when she was 14. Maybe that is what MK meant but to me it sounded like he was stating Crystal was pg when she was 14 by Ron.
JMO
he might realize for Ron to get a deal, he's probably gonna have to give up some information, on Haleigh. so...the thought of that, might be making him madI thought Klass thought Ron had nothing to do with it? Did he change his mind? I'm not watching just reading.......
We can read the transcripts later, but I think that is what he said too. Thanks for clearing that up! I couldn't remember how old Crystal was when she had Haleigh.
RC was a minor when they got together too, wasn't he? I know this has been hashed over and over and don't want to get anyone :furious:, but whether he has something to do with Haleigh going missing or not, he was wrong to start a relationship with Misty. And Misty's parents were wrong to let her live with him. The whole thing was WRONG and the proof in my statement is the fact a precious little girl is now GONE! :banghead:
Who is that guy that claims to be Hanks friend? The police lured Hank to the crack house....:innocent:
yeah, Misty being called 'Haleigh's stepmother', is just bad reporting. I realize that reporters like to give everybody a title, but 'Ron's former wife', would be good enough. & I think referring to Hank & Lisa as Haleigh's grandparents, is just plain disrespectful. They barely knew her.I just watched the video and I think the guy said that Hank worked for him or something? Not sure really, I had a hard time getting the video to load. However, I did catch that the reporter said that the entire family was now in jail and that's not really true. One of them isn't. And it kind of ticks me off that Haleigh was referred to as Hank's granddaughter. Or maybe he said both Hank's and Lisa's granddaughter. Either way, they are not her grandparents and I am guessing that Misty probably was never Haleigh's "stepmother" because she's been "missing" since before Misty and Ron got married. :furious:
The guy on the video had his name loud and clear on it. I found him in PCSO bookings. No surprise why.
Only quoting you to jump off of your post, Chablis.
Don't misunderstand, I'm not making fun of them. There is nothing funny about this situation. But let's not forget why we're all sitting here: there's a little girl missing and Bubba and Sissy are the ones who are holding back information and sending the cops on some crazy good chase....
"She's in this river, Joe took her, Joe may have thrown her in the river, it might have been three a.m, I saw a three, it came to me in a dream, I saw her in the van, I was high on Xanax, I don't do drugs, they came looking for a gun, there was no gun, I was there at 10pm, I wasn't there I just lied to get out of jail the second (or was it a third?) time". I think we get the point.
The fact of the matter is that Tommy was/is a grown man with young children and he made the choice to sell drugs and insert himself (whether purposefully or not) into a missing child case. He could have said "ya know, I want better for my kids so I'm gonna bust my butt to make sure they weren't raised like I was". Yet he's all taking Xanax while he's at work, falling asleep at kids' bus stops, stealing from his neighbor's. Way to set an example for those kids!
And Timmy. Maybe Timmy got out of Florida, but his wife is all over the place making contradicting statements and making herself look like a fool. AND, they are taking money from their income tax return, money that the government gave to them FOR FREE (because I guarantee you neither of them worked enough to receive a large refund--it's calling CLAIMING THEIR CHILDREN) and giving it to Misty and Tommy for their jail accounts, and giving it to ma and pa Croslin, no doubt probably funding their coke and crack and pain pill buying habits. Then they say "hey Misty wrote us this letter and I'll sell it because we need a car". Oh really? How about saving and/or making payments? I'm sure they have buy-here-pay-here places up there in MA. A car for 50$ a week, a 100$ a week, scrape by like other people in this country who were never taught how to swindle.
There comes a time in life where you have to acknowledge that your parents are toxic people that you should learn from, rather then follow in their foot steps. These aren't people who won a Pulitzer or tutored children as a hobby. These are people who swindle and lie and cheat and place blame elsewhere. It's always someone else's fault. Tommy and Timmy had the option and the chance to do better and make their life right. Just because they lived in FL in close vicinity to their parents and saw them often doesn't give them a reason to be like them. Take drugs is a conscious decision. Selling drugs is a conscious decision. Stealing from your neighbor is a conscious decision.
And at the very beginning, I fault awful for Hank Sr. I kept saying how sad it was, how he just needed a boost, I'd give him a job if we still lived in FL and my husband's business was booming...heck, I'd even hand them cash!
If they were arrested for buying 10, 20, 30 pain fills, I'd still feel bad for him. As someone who suffers DAILY with chronic pain (four diseases that have no cure, four back surgeries, one brain surgery), I totally feel for him. I would've felt even more sympathy for him. Chronic pain seriously sucks. But coke? Really? Cocaine? C'mon! Ya can't rationalize that. It's like saying "well I was depressed so I bought some PCP. I had a headache so I bought some K. My leg was hurting so I bought some acid".....what!?
How much money have they spent on cocaine while crying that they had no money?
If he and Lisa are addicts, then them going to jail is the best thing. It's free rehab. If they learn absolutely nothing, then it truly is tax dollars wasted.
Rant over, no disrespect towards anyone. I love you all. :blowkiss:
