Yeah. I should know better than to buy what they’re selling. My feeling is the Judge already ruled it out at a contested hearing. they know they don’t get a do-over.

And how about slapping that subpoena out (that the D-Team obviously had prepared already) to a witness who was on the stand testifying? It wasn't the right way to introduce the information.
But what do you think of the leaked crime scene photos, the Franks memorandum and the hair known to be a female relative of Libby's being a big deal during the opening statements (a true "nothing burger"?)
I don't want the wrong person convicted. This is a terrifying case. But I don't think the prosecution's actions are comparable to the defense's.
Oh, he will be called up all right. I am eager for that. And how about slapping that subpoena out (that the D-Team obviously had prepared already) to a witness who was on the stand testifying?
Apparently, no attempt to influence the juror's thoughts there.
I hope they do call BW back up again, no doubt in an attempt to make him the new 'fall guy' for their SOD, and that their true nature comes out in front of the jury. It seems to me that BW also knows, as witness SC did, that he "knows it their job as Defense attorney's" but he's not going to cave to their little 'blame everyone but the guy who actually did it' games.
I'm with you.I think juries get it right more often than not.
From what I've seen of the jurors' questions, they are paying attention and asking reasonable and logical questions.
They've heard way more details of testimony than any sources we observers rely on could possibly report.
All this by way of saying that I think RA is guilty, but if he's acquitted, I will respect their decision because they know way more than I do.
Who's with me?
One has to wonder, was the inmate in question trying to guess at how the kids had been killed? Maybe hoping for a reaction from the staff upon stating this to them? Hoping for some sort of prison street cred for finding out how they were killed? Did he tell the staff this before it became public knowledge that they had been murdered at the end of a blade? Mooo.Murder Sheet says it was clarified during the trial today that the story of RA claiming he admitted to shooting the girls was not actually stated by RA but was reported by one of the inmate companions.

I’m about to reveal my age but obviously True Crime discussion groups have witnessed lots of changes even in just in the past year. The impact on recent criminal trials definitely reflect influences social media and online reporting. Karen Read might be the first to publicly experience the impact but online influences might actually be traced back to Delphi. Relaxed rules of etiquette in discussions groups allowing release of identity for possible suspects based on rumors and speculation along with unlimited conspiracy theories to fill the void from lack of evidence detailing possible scenarios. Fortunately, Websleuth had maintained its integrity with focus on evidence and reliable sources. I’m not sure if there’s a single root cause of changes or several issues pushing change, monetary pursuit no doubt significant incentive. Also, in some well meaning objectives not sure if True Crime discussion groups have just maybe evolved over time or generational changes of increased activism has literally revolted against the justice system. I’m definitely interested in what’s to come in terms of possible legislation especially in terms of minimizing court disruption while allowing for public attendance and reporting of court cases and trials. I think Delphi is learning experience for all and Kohlburger will definitely test the process and system if retrial of Karen Read doesn’t completely break the system.Thanks. So due process to form a defense can override the truth and justice? I guess that's legal but I sure don't care for it. JMO.
Oh me too. No doubt we're in for a bunch of airing of people's dirty laundry and their standard ad hominems without evidence, but still totally lacking a single drop of any eye-bleach that will clear their client. It's all about their Game Show antics.Oh, he will be called up all right. I am eager for that.
Whatever the goal by the defense here, the fact that they made such a display by serving him with a subpoena while on the stand, in front of a jury, tells me that they think they had to do that. If they had to do that, then the substance has to be lacking. It was an attempt to make themselves look strong, and him weak.Oh me too. IMO based on their cross.
For 7 years we have heard that Brad Weber arrived home at 3:30, now this timeframe has been changed to fit Richard Allen’s confessions.Whatever the goal by the defense here, the fact that they made such a display by serving him with a subpoena while on the stand, in front of a jury, tells me that they think they had to do that. So I think they've got something that may cast some doubt on his testimony, but they needed that performance to give themselves the edge.
Are they going to put forth a different suspect?I think the defense is going to show the prosecution how a bombshell is dropped tomorrow

I think the D has castled and imagine they stand a decent chance of calling checkmate. Moo.I think the P was playing chess, lets see if it comes in during the rebuttal of a witness in the D case, spoiler: I bet it does
Then it should be easy for the defense to refute. For 7 years we have heard that Brad Weber arrived home at 3:30, now this timeframe has been changed to fit Richard Allen’s confessions.

Any idea who their witness might be? Not moo - actually asking.i am guessing the defence is going to lead RAs phone evidence and state will cross.
The defense calling checkmate is the equivalent of Michael Scott from “The Office” declaring bankruptcy.I think the D has castled and imagine they stand a decent chance of calling checkmate. Moo.
I wonder how many people have seen the poll and not voted? Either because they are precluded from doing so due to lack of membership (is membership required for this?) or bc they simply don’t care to?As of 11:34 PM EST, the percentage of voters choosing RA as “guilty and acted alone” in Tricia’s daily poll has steadily risen.
At least among us non-jurors, it seems the prosecution has scored some points.
Now we wait to see how the defense explains it all away. If they can.

Can you please provide a source for that 3:30pm return timing? For 7 years we have heard that Brad Weber arrived home at 3:30, now this timeframe has been changed to fit Richard Allen’s confessions.

Has the geofencing been included or excluded for the trial? not moo, asking a question.we know from MS coverage of the discord leaks what is in the geofence.
in any event the Geofence is not needed as they can just get RAs phone data from the provider if they still have it. and of course the phone is gone.
Perhaps it was their polite way of reminding her they filed it over a week ago and the state rested soooooo…. Moo.They led with two witnesses.
One, who was at MHB closer to 4. Saw little, heard nothing. And one, who saw someone by a mailbox that morning but didn't have much of description.
According to TMS, after the jury was dismissed, the D asked the judge when she'd be ruling on their 3rd party motion because... they need to develop a strategy.
The trial has begun!!! They still aren't ready????

“hey kiddo. What movie did you see?”“Mom, why would I tell you I did it if I didn’t?”
Yep…
