Does anyone know if RA's wife is still supporting him? Has she been attending any of the trial?
She’s been there everyday as far as I know, and she’s definitely still supporting him. She’s convinced they’ve got the wrong guy, and always has been.

Like everyone else, I have been frustrated about the lack of firsthand knowledge. I don’t completely trust anyone else’s interpretations, so it is hard to get a handle on the facts. However, based on the facts from the trial, I don’t really see how anybody is doubting RA’s guilt.

He admitted to being there. Largely, witnesses described just one man that is likely him.
His car was the only one in the county and recorded on video.
He confessed to it! A lot! And with very specific details!
His phone details were not recorded as they should have been if he was truly looking at stocks.
He kept multiple devices earlier and later than 2017 but not that one.
I’ll be honest in saying that I don’t 100% understand the gun evidence; however, I will trust the expert unless the defense presents a compelling counterargument.

Not everything the prosecution presented worked for me. There was no one bombshell as we all assumed there would be. Alone, each detail is not compelling. Together, it has convinced me that RA is most likely the murderer. I hope that he is and is convicted in order to give those lovely girls justice and their families some peace.

I wonder how many people have seen the poll and not voted? Either because they are precluded from doing so due to lack of membership (is membership required for this?) or bc they simply don’t care to?
Some of us aren't voting because the poll closes before we click on it. *pouts* :(

Unsure what you mean by membership... You mean a member of WS? Then yes, you must be a registered WS member to vote, post, and React to messages to the best of my knowledge.

Yes that is what I was asking - if one needs to be a registered member here at WS to participate. Many non members may have a view but may be unable to vote as a result.

Many members may be lurking here and not participating in either the discussion and or the polls. Could be a lot of numbers uncounted then for either side imo.

Can you please provide a source for that 3:30pm return timing?

I've only seen in it out there in internet-social-media-land and cannot find it sourced to anything official or 'sourced' to anything/anyone.

In any case, the girls were taken off the bridge on video prior to his return timing. BW was not and is not BG.

IMO.
ImI’m not aware of timeline for BW being shared or discussed by LE, which is the same situation with most if not all events on the timeline.

JMHO, I’m not surprised by lack of source for timeline or frankly the shift in timeline since LE never shared exact details on the times of each event or occurrence. I suspect some timeframes were not known until after RA was charged and even others might not be known until earlier this year.
Again, MPO.

Of course a larger sample size would affect the polls results.

I think that Tricia made this running poll for members who are participating on the thread and are interested in seeing the changes in their opinions as the trial progresses. I know that my poll choice changed as evidence was revealed. JMO.

I get it, but we have a post insinuating perjury by a witness and more "State tampering with evidence" allegations.

I'd like to see the OPs link (as per WS policy) to any official source from where they got the "3:30pm" return home timing for BW as I've never seen that time from any official source and due to the allegations that come with the post.

Interesting. How many people could miss work every day to attend a trial? It isn't like the family is independently wealthy.
Gotta support your “innocent husband.”

She has so much power and she doesn’t realize it. He’s reluctant to confess because he’s afraid of losing her, and she believes him because she thinks the confessions are a result of his mental state.

He wanted to give it all up to police. Too late now.

Saw an old Peanuts comic today that reminded me of how this case leaves me feeling sometime. Linus and Charlie were talking and Linus asks, “Do you ever think about running away?“ Charlie answers, “Of course. Sometimes I feel like I want to run away from everything.“ Snoopy, who’s been listening, thinks, “ I remember having that thought once when I was at the Daisy Hill puppy farm. I climbed over the fence, but I was still in the world.”

Maybe it’s just me

Investigators say only one Ford Focus SE model was registered in Carroll County when Abby and Libby were killed

Investigator Steve Mullin testified that only one car was registered in Carroll County that appears to match the one seen on surveillance footage captured near the trails where Abby and Libby were killed: suspect Richard Allen’s vehicle.

Did investigators investigate this before or after the trial began? Does anyone know? Not moo - this is a question. Ty.

The woman who testified to being on the bridge after 330 and the woman that testified about the man standing near the mailbox. Sorry I’d have to find a link for their names but the one you mentioned is one of them.
The state rested just before 4 p.m. - The defense called their first witness, Cheyenne Mill. - Mill said she was on the trails on Feb. 13, 2017. She and a friend walked the Monon High Bridge and took a Snapchat photo at the end of the bridge around 3:49 p.m.- She said she didn’t see Richard Allen. - She told police about being there later on, but didn’t hear back from them for two weeks. - The defense then called Teresa Liebert. - Liebert lives on property that meets the bridge. - On Feb. 13, 2017 in the morning, she saw a man near the mailboxes, but when she got out of the car, he was gone.

Seem like 2 kind of pointless witnesses, IMO. Not really starting with a bang, IMO.

Cheyenne was there at 3:49 pm, and was asked if she saw RA, and she said No. ????

Same with Liebert---the morning of the murders, several hours before, she sees a man near the mailboxes and he disappears from sight.
????????

Is there going to be more brought out about these witnesses and their testimony?

The jury had asked H if he knew how many such models were in the county, he said he didn't, so he went away found out and came back to tell them. From MS https://murdersheetpodcast.com/

Thanks for clarifying. Sounds like investigators hadn’t investigated this point to date then for whatever reason. I wonder why they either didn’t or why this witness didn’t know the answer? Moo.
