DELPHI, Ind. – As the prosecution rested its case against Delphi murders suspect Richard Allen, prosecutors submitted one final exhibit to the court.

The state had asked the court to admit Allen’s Google search history into evidence. The defense objected and Special Judge Fran Gull took it under advisement. On Thursday, she allowed the prosecution to submit the evidence to the jury.

Won't that be an interesting read? I'm anxious and a little scared to be honest.

Yesterday's news - Defense's 1st witness/posted 15 hours ago

@kithanleytv

#NEW: the defense called Cheyenne Mill as their first witness. Mill was walking the trails the day the girls went missing. Mill told jurors she arrived around 2:50 p.m. and talked to her bf on the phone at 3:12 p.m.

Pt. 2: Mill told jurors how she was walking near Freedom Bridge when she spotted an overweight man who didn’t say hi back. She later described this man as an “old man” who had a camera around his neck.

Pt.3: Mill walked to the Monon High Bridge and crossed the bridge. She took some photos around 3:50 p.m. During her time in the area, she told jurors she didn’t hear anything unusual and didn’t see anyone in the wooded area. She left a little after 4 p.m.

Pt.4: The next day she told police she had been in the area, after she heard about the girls. She met police at Indiana Beach and gave them her account. She said 6 mo. later the FBI contacted her and notified her that her phone was pinged as being at the high bridge on Feb. 13.

Pt.5: Mill began crying on the stand when she talked about how she’s experienced doxing from online vigilantes who follow the case. The second witness called was Theresa Liebert who lives near the murder scene and is a neighbor of Brad Weber.

But did you hear that a van was driving down Weber's private drive around 2:30 p.m. within 15 minutes of "BG" ordering the girls' down the hill?

<modsnip - snarky>
I never claimed that was the case, on the contrary it’s always been said that Brad Weber arrived at 330, my personal theory is Brad Weber didn’t place himself at the scene of the crime until presented with Richard Allen’s “confession”

I think the google searches are a big nothingburger IMO. Dude likes horror movies, Netflix, googled Delphi generally, googled for info about the bridge renovation, and he looked for updates about the case (like probably every other citizen of Delphi). Shrug, my search history would look similar.

Interesting that he was looking for a movie about a teen holding a man hostage, but not earthshattering. IMO

Is this a crazy theory?

I was wondering if Libby and Abby had a toxicology report done (which I cannot find the answer to)
As Richard Allen worked in a pharmacy is it possible the girls were drugged or sedated, hence the lack of defensive wounds or signs of restraint? Could that also explain why BG may have spent an extended period of time over the creek before leaving? possibly waiting for something to take effect or had knowledge of how long the effects of something would last etc?

Just MOO
He was a beer-drinking guy on the bridge with a gun, a boxcutter, and bad intentions. I think that is as far as the complications go. I don't think he drugged the girls.

Of all the rumors over the many years of the investigation, that's certainly a strange one for RA to decide to run with. Such a minor rumor that most people weren't even aware of, had the wrong timeframe, and according to Harshman wasn't in discovery. He just happens to pick the one rumor that solidly corroborates his confession, as well as choosing to confess to using a murder weapon that wasn't even considered by police, but the ME discovered is consistent with both types of wound patterns present at the scene.

I think RA has outdone Scott as the most unlucky man at this point.

Just my opinion, of course.

The white van is nothing new. Not even sure RA said “white.” Possibly only van. It was circulating on social media 6 years ago. Dr. Wala with all her social media accounts was most likely aware of the white van and could very well have shared it during her conversations with RA. The interesting part is that BW has now placed himself close to the location of the CS (at down the hill) during the exact time it was all happening. I think it finally dawned on him and that is why he got so angry at Rozzi. Back in 2017, he put himself arriving there at a later time. His story has changed. Likely why the D has served him. Additionally, it has been testified to by the ballistics expert that BW’s gun could not be ruled out as being a gun through which the bullet could have been cycled. Facts matter.
JMHO
I asked @Melted for an official link to the later timing of "3:30PM" for BW's arrival home earlier this morning, but no response yet. It's certainly not in the official case files available to the public, nor brought up on this site. Do you happen to have one because I cannot find it in any of the official documents? I do see that timing out there in social-media land over the years, but only based on rumours and suppositions from unapproved sources rather than any official source or document that states this. I'd certainly appreciate it.

Also, any link to the white van being mentioned on social media from an approved source? I see a bunch of stuff about white cars and white trucks but nothing on a white van. I've spent hours searching, but coming up empty.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
