Actually it has been reported that Harshman's testimony was that it was NOT in the discovery.

Do you have a link that states otherwise?
Exactly, that's what I gleaned from the live blogs and TMS, do we have a link stating that the BW van was in discovery? All the BR said in cross was that there were tips amongst the thousand of tips that alluded to vans, cars, anything, so that RA could have been influenced by those tip mentions?

All MOO

from yesterday

Rozzi asks Harshman if Weber could have been involved in the crime if he is placed there at that time. Harshman says no.
Delphi Murders trial: Day 12 live blog

As I expected, defense, through this question has already begun to insinuate that witness and van owner BW could be the killer. I fully expect more of the same when defense calls BW back to the stand.

Is this a crazy theory?

I was wondering if Libby and Abby had a toxicology report done (which I cannot find the answer to)
As Richard Allen worked in a pharmacy is it possible the girls were drugged or sedated, hence the lack of defensive wounds or signs of restraint? Could that also explain why BG may have spent an extended period of time over the creek before leaving? possibly waiting for something to take effect or had knowledge of how long the effects of something would last etc?

Just MOO

Toxicology is a standard part of any autopsy. I’m confident it was negative for both.

It’s going to be Keegan coming in hot.

I believe the defense is going to drop a bombshell today
KAK is a known liar and a convicted of CSAM. He's also on the list of SODDIS not allowed into trial before the jury. The D can try and offer proof for the record, in case of appeals after conviction...but the jury won't hear it.

I'm not worried about KAK coming in hot, he's one of the biggest child predators around. LE and the State spent a lot of time going over his claims of knowledge or accusing his Dad.

Maybe KAK is just enjoying getting out of his prison cell for a bit since he's going to be there for 40 years. A lying liar who lies doesn't worry me.

@davebangert

I won't be in the courtroom today, so working from media pool reports. One thing to watch: Does Judge Gull rule on two defense motions about admitting Odin/ritualistic killing third party evidence? Defense atty: 'We’re having a hard time charting our course.'

DELPHI, Ind. – As the prosecution rested its case against Delphi murders suspect Richard Allen, prosecutors submitted one final exhibit to the court.

The state had asked the court to admit Allen’s Google search history into evidence. The defense objected and Special Judge Fran Gull took it under advisement. On Thursday, she allowed the prosecution to submit the evidence to the jury.

yes, and I have no doubt if LE could put KAK in Delphi that day they would have been trying to build a case against him and not RA for these murders. KAK was cleared by LE for a reason and not some weird conspiracy against RA reason. But because they could not, try as they might, put KAK on that bridge.

KAK is going to enjoy a field trip and the defense is going to try to introduce the SODDI thing. Not gonna work and I'm confident the state is prepared for this little dog and pony show I have no concerns about KAK coming in hot or cold. Doesn't matter either way IMO.

Please, please let the horse cult in.

How does that make any sense? That’s his lawyer.
Then why wouldn't KA meet with RA's lawyer in his office instead of gas station to 'find something'? Nope, doesn't sound very professional to me, but hey, it's R&B we are talking about.

They've been a little loose with things all along during this case. CS photo leak, Defense strategy leak, the Hail Mary Franks Memo around the gag order to push their ridiculous satanic panic narrative, etc. All par for the course I'd say.

MOO

Lawyers are very busy people and they don’t live in the same town, I’ve met my lawyer at gas stations multiple times when we were both busy, he’s also been in my home and I’ve been in his. Nothing weird about that at all imo
