I think it's very likely that Danni and DW were going somewhere together - although he does not want what they were doing to be made public. That's his right.

They pull into the Shell station to discuss the phone, and they are on their way to The Dublin to collect it when something prevented Danni from leaving the Shell station. Car 3 is not DW. Car 3 is someone who knows about the GPS and who wants to make Danni and her car disappear.
I am beginning to agree. And so far that I am aware the only person who has ever stated car 1 and 3 could possibly be the same is JDT.

Based on the timeline, TT called DNV's missing phone early the next morning while he was in jail?

I HAVE SAID SINCE DAY 1 THAT TT STORY IS FLAKEY AT BEST.
There is zero proof that he was in jail. Zero proof he doesn’t know DW besides what the VI has said.

I question the no bank account statement as she worked for a chain restaurant and they would typically direct deposit into an account versus providing a check and certainly not cash. Cashing a check without a bank account is an expensive proposition via a check casher so most that can have a bank account or account at walmart. She also could have had some kind of debit card to hold her salary versus a bank account and simply banked online using her phone or computer. She worked two jobs, had cash coming in, was single female so why would she want to be carrying or holding large amounts of cash?

I wonder if she had come into any money recently and was holding this money on a debit card and somebody knew about it? Maybe the only way to get the debit card was the grab DNV and she and her car were the casulty of this theft?

If you take a check to the bank it was drawn on (for example, if the bar/restaurant banks with Bank of America and you take the check to a BofA branch), they will cash it for free.

For me, it started with why would DNV not pay rent and use the money for a car. Then turned to being appalled that MPB put her belongings to the curb. Personnally I would want to keep the apt for a few months in hopes of my loved one returning. This information also helps with the voluntary vs involuntary missing. Sometimes people get lost personally and if they do not have a big support group it is easy to walk away Not saying this happened but every bit of info is helpful and to me finding out why her apartment was giving up relatively quickly is important.

Unfortunately it seems that she had an almost nonexistent support group...

Being in the banking industry for many many years, banks are beginning to charge fees or have stopped cashing checks for non-customers even if the check is drawn on them. Banks do not have to cash checks just because it is drawn on them!!

I know this has been asked a couple times but do not recall seeing an answer, does anyone know when DNV gave up custody of her daughter? Was it when she was an infant?

@LaylaD Here's something that can be sleuthed.

I only have answers to the last 2 questions - yes, TT has spoken to MPD and TT has been active in trying to locate DNV.

Maybe someone has capabilities/access to databases that can sleuth out the rest though, if so, I don't think it's within TOS to post here since he is not considered a suspect or POI by LE.
BBM

has he been cleared by LE as a suspect or POI?

On the note regarding her goals, she clearly stated that she wanted to “pay Regions” which is a prominent bank in Alabama. If she had issues to resolve with Regions, it is doubtful she was able to set up an account with another bank.

They were on & off boyfriend/girlfriend for 6 years and have a 4 1/2 year old daughter together. I’d say they were pretty close.

Did you know this couple on a personal level? Or is this what TT and JDT have told you?

Who knew that shebbo

They are a Verified Insider for a reason ... There is no reason to doubt the information she is sharing with us. That is why they are verified.

You are correct. I forgot this part. If she owed money to a bank due to overdrawn funds in an account, she would not pass Chex Systems. This is a company all banks report monies owed by consumers for checking and savings accounts.

No need for the exclamation marks (they made your statement come across as somewhat yelling). I’ve not done this, personally, in a while so I had no way of knowing about the fees.

Not yelling, just making a point. I am an exclamation mark type of gal. If the Mods/Admins think I am being rude/disrespectful they will let me know.

Gotcha. Could have been a misunderstanding on my end and, if that’s the case, I apologize. I’ll be back momentarily...with the coffee I haven’t had yet.

Supposedly DNV was going to follow DW back to Dublins to find her phone. But she didn't. She kept sitting there. How long...was it the full minute or a portion of the minute...did car 3 show up before DW even left the Shell? Otherwise....wondering why she didn't crank up and go when he did.

I believe the VI has posted that possibility a few times.

Based off what's been said about the circumstances and her list of goals... Seems like the custody agreement was a temporary situation in order to provide stability to her daughter. Seeing that her and TT weren't together anymore and her lack of any other family support and not wanting to continue to live with her ex's mother she wanted her own place and only had herself to rely on to make it happen. She got her own place and her own vehicle which to me seem like the two major necessities needed, bringing her very close to being able to having her daughter full time.

As far as TT goes and where he was the night DNV went missing, when straight up asked to set the record straight on whether he was in jail or rehab JDT said he was in Rehab... Which makes him being able to access a phone and call DNV the next morning a little more easier to do versus calling collect from jail (if that were the case and if that's how people make calls out of that particular jail- from what I know that is how calls are made out of the local jail here)
