Quick aside to clarify: supposedly they all were to go to Ollies
it is said that DNV was seen leaving with DW (formerly 'unknown male')
for some reason DW & DNV find themselves at a Shell gas station
Ostensibly because DNV must verbally inform DW that she must return to Dublins for her phone....
Yes, indeed, DW *says* that he was going home...& has no idea why DNV following him(his rationale would not have been true - ie she was following him to Ollies because she didn't know where it was: she did: used to work there: apparently less than five minutes away...not why she was following dude)
So nope - don't believe DWs story at all
Now I am back to my first instinct about DW and that he knows more than he is letting on. I just can't shake it. I am on the fence though knowing now about the searches and people connected with the property, but then again, we all know per Mollie's case that even though there were plenty of searches at hog farmers property, he was never involved. Sigh... so that brings me back to DW. (Subject to change daily LOL)

She’s only been missing 2 months. I can’t believe all of her belongings and residence has already disappeared. I can’t think of another case where this has happened so soon.
Her belongings haven’t disappeared . As has been stated several times by the VI, they are being safely stored for her by family. And “family “ doesn’t need to be blood relation.

Truth is, we are working with basically no information. We are lucky indeed to count with a VI.
Maybe it would be a good idea to know where the people from Pearl Motors (that's where she got the car , right? ) normally place their lojack thingies...

After just doing a search it seems like the most common place is under the steering column. Especially if its the type that is connected to the starter that allows the dealership to prevent the car from cranking (I know several local lots that do that here) as well as transmitting the last location of the vehicle before it stopped moving. It was very easy to find step by step instructions on how to detach the device (even going as far to suggest doing so in a remote spot). Most of the devices have motion sensors and once the vehicle is stopped for so long it goes to "sleep". Once it detects the vehicle moving the location is refreshed every few minutes. If someone had prior knowledge of the device installed or was just prepared in case there was a device installed knowing it was purchased at a "buy here, pay here" lot and had done a quick search it doesn't seem like it would be that hard to do or take that long.

This is what I have been saying all along. While I agree DWs story sounds fishy and doesn't add up, there may be a logical reason for that. Miscommunication on his part out of fear that he will lose his family and or business. He does not come across as the type that would think ahead to disable a LoJack GPS system. On top of that is the timeline, (although I haven't seen anything official that corroborates his times), how would he leave at 11:24 make it to Dublin's, talk to someone and get the phone, make it to Ollie's talk to them for a bit and then drop his rental car at 1am then go home? Where is the time frame to make DNV and her car disappear. We also know that he relayed much more information to LE than he did with JDT.

That only leaves 2 options:

1. DNV wanted to disappear and had someone disable the LoJAck and purposely left her phone behind. The problem with this is there is zero evidence to suggest she would do something like this.

2. Someone had prior knowledge of the LoJack and had to know that DNV would be at the Shell station. I absolutely do not believe this is a random act against DNV. The key to that is the disabled LoJAck. A random act, car jacking, theft etc would never take the time or have the knowledge that her car had the LoJack installed on it. (Unless they worked for Pearl Motors). I know people like to believe that car jackers and thieves are really smart and would know there was a tracking device on the car but really they're not.

So all in all I think whomever was in Car 3 knew DNV or had prior knowledge of her, her car and the GPS tracker.

I am in 110% agreement with everything you said here. I know there is no evidence DNV would voluntarily do this, in fact there's evidence she wouldn't (the VI has said so) but I'm just not ready to completely close the book on that theory. I would really like to know more about the employees at Pearl Motors though. Sorry I know this doesn't really add much to the conversation, but just wanted to give @3dzer0 more than just a like!

Being in the banking industry for many many years, banks are beginning to charge fees or have stopped cashing checks for non-customers even if the check is drawn on them. Banks do not have to cash checks just because it is drawn on them!!

I've spent many years in banking, and can verify this is true.

On the note regarding her goals, she clearly stated that she wanted to “pay Regions” which is a prominent bank in Alabama. If she had issues to resolve with Regions, it is doubtful she was able to set up an account with another bank.

I can also verify this is true. It is hard to get a bank account with bad credit. There are some banks that offer high risk accounts, with a lot of restrictions.

It makes more sense that she had a debit card and a bank account, but it was posted in thread 1 that she didn't have either. Perhaps I misunderstood. I think it would be very difficult to have any job without a bank account and a debit card.

I don't think she disappeared because she was holding a large amount of money.

I'm more inclined to look at her personal circumstances in terms of what was changing in her personal life and how that may have factored into her disappearance.
I normally wouldn't disagree with this logic at all as it makes perfect sense. In this case though we are dealing with the custody of a 4 year old child and so the State might provide I don't know maybe a $1,000/month or possibly less and maybe DNV pays money from her salary to support CT (say $300/month for arguments sake)=$1300/month. Who would run the risk of a murder charge to eliminate DNV who was a threat to receiving these monthly payments? By eliminating DNV you lose any cash support she provides and would just get the state provided portion. In looking at these numbers I seriously question money as being the motive as the annual amount is quite small.
I HAVE SAID SINCE DAY 1 THAT TT STORY IS FLAKEY AT BEST.
There is zero proof that he was in jail. Zero proof he doesn’t know DW besides what the VI has said.
Absolutely agree. Last night was perfect opportunity on this thread to set the record straight. Unfortunately we still have no information to clear up and questions and confusion. LE mostly likely knows the situation and hopefully has verified any alibi.

We know Danniella was very excited to get her car. What happened to her last car that she was car-less for some time? It must have been hard getting to work if she didn't have a car for some reason.

I believe I read somewhere that she was excited about the car and not relying on people for rides to work. Does anyone else remember seeing this?

How are we all still feeling about JT? Could he have met up with Danniella at the Shell station? IMO, that should be on her phone. If car #3 was someone she knew, she most likely contacted them before she lost her phone. Where does JT live in relation to the Shell station?

Accuser: Theodore suspect "raped, beat and held me against my will for 3 1/2 weeks"

He lives about 18 minutes from the Shell station. Google shows the Shell being open 24 hours, I'm not sure when it started closing earlier (if that matters at all).

She did have another car (believe it was a Red Chevy Cruze) that was crashed by someone else and involved in what appears to have been a serious accident. We had speculated earlier in the thread that it was insurance proceeds from the crash that allowed her to have some extra money for current car purchase but this is just speculation. Its unclear if the prior Chevy Cruze was drivable after the accident and perhaps it was what she was using to get around or maybe she had another car after the Red Chevy Cruze that had died and that is why she got the latest Chevy Cruze. We don't know what she was using to get to work before buying most recent Chevy Cruze. The bus system in Mobile is something that I will investigate to see if she might have used it for any period of time to get to/from work. But if she worked nights the bus might not have been viable transportation option. I will investigate buses and report back. This entire car situation might be a question for the VI as it would be helpful to resolve!?

Does anyone have an idea for motive?? Maybe that will provide us some new avenues to explore. Why would someone want DNV gone? Who would gain from her disappearing? I just really don't understand what's going on here. Why aren't we hearing anything from LE anymore??? Ugh I'm just frustrated. How and why does DNV disappear without a trace

We had called the station earlier in the thread as the google information was incorrect. The hours for the Shell station are located earlier in the prior thread and its not a 24/7 station. There are other 24/7 stations in the area and I believe the Waffle House might be 24/7 but I would have to double check that on their website.

Right now I am leaning towards a thought by @otto earlier. By all appearance, DNV seemed to be getting her life together, she seemed happy, excited about her new car so much that she went out to celebrate. I have had many cars and although I am happy for my new car, being at a dealer is exhausting and I would rather enjoy a nap. She was beginning to see herself having more custody of her child and was making plans to make that happen. Who had something to gain with DNV disappearing? I am not discounting a stranger or someone that DNV only knows of but does not have any friendship or relationship with as we all know it is very possible but DNV and the car missing makes me think the person wanted it to look like DNV left on her own.
