You can just let it go bad. I had a friend get food poisoning from egg salad left in a hot car.
If this story is true, then she will really need to be watched very carefully in jail.

I resisted getting Tik Tok for a long time, as I was wary of the Chinese spying and now it's my favourite platform. 😆

I have that too and don't use it

What don’t you ask the family publicist?

No need... just hoping someone here might have some general knowledge in that department 🙂

Can the Pattersons and Wilkinsons ask to be excluded from any mention in future forms of media entertainment ie movies, books, documentaries? I can't imagine they would like it.. Just curious what rights persons have in these circumstances?

Film producers and publishers (or their lawyers) will usually insist on authors obtaining life rights agreements from named and still alive real people whose lives are used in the script/book. This avoids the possibility of being sued by the people named, even if parts of their lives are in the public domain.

The way around this is to create fictional characters based on real people, but even then care needs to be taken not to sail close to defamation.

I predict more such stories. Jails are full of this sort of BS, especially if the subject is strongly disliked by other inmates. My guess is that some prisoner consumed 'off' food and became sick and Patterson was then blamed for it.

As I said earlier, if career liar Azzopardi is involved, it's bound to be BS.

But the former inmate who spoke with news.com.au has a theory about the alleged poisoning behind bars. She believes Patterson wasn’t responsible.

A justice department spokeswoman said: “There is no evidence to support that there has been any contaminated food or suspected poisonings at Dame Phyllis Frost Centre.”

How much of the courtroom daily deeds and drama are authors really allowed to spill?

Eta - Do they need to give permission, and would there be any lucrative reason they would? (Ie proceeds to charities)
You could hardly exclude the Pattersons from any books, movies, etc, or there wouldn't be a story.

I'm learning so much Australian slang :D

If you accuse someone of spitting the dummy or spitting out the dummy, you are accusing them of behaving in a bad-tempered and childish way.

To have a childish overreaction or angry outburst to a negative situation or outcome; to act in a bad-tempered manner, likened to a temper tantrum of a child.
"Spitting the dummy" is closely related to "chucking his toys out of the pram" - both sometimes used in relation to a certain Brit/ex-Brit.

What would she have added to it to make the others sick? 😬
Could she have let the Mayo spoil and then added it to something?

    • Food poisoning symptoms:
If you consume spoiled mayonnaise, you may experience symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach cramps, sometimes accompanied by dehydration.
    • Severity and duration:
The severity and duration of symptoms can vary, but most cases of food poisoning from mayonnaise resolve within 48 hours

When you share Tik Tok links, if and when we open them it has your profile at the top stating you're the one that shared the link.

You’re essentially doxing yourself.

Then the identities of the people/users who view your Tik Tok links show up for you, so you can see who has viewed your video / link, which essentially doxes us.

That says it all. Azzopardi is the very definition of a pathological liar.

She could even teach EP a thing or two about lying.
Given Samantha Azzopardi’s own very significant history of lying and fraud, resulting in a psychiatrist in her own trial/sentencing diagnosing her with pseudoligica fantastica, nothing she says about anything can be believed. The news media must be getting desperate, finding little scraps of anything to report on until the suppression orders get lifted (we all know how desperate they are to report on all that juicy stuff) it is highly reckless to give Azzopardi avenues to attention like this, not good for her mental health at all.

You can't see her profile from that post. And you can disable "suggest your account to others" in your privacy settings which will prevent seeing profiles from sender and receiver.
