wow, that's crazy... and pretends it's going to be a sympathy comment for the person w/the colonoscopy, but spends 90% of the post on her own "migraine" complaint. "Oh, sorry for you, but let me tell you about MY ills, and let me exaggerate them as much as possible to ensure that they one-up yours!" :eyeroll

I would not be surprised if she was exaggerating the amount of medication she took. While irrelevant, that headache seems more like a tension type headache and not migraine. Did she even have a diagnosis for migraine? She would not need to travel all over for meds for migraine if she had a diagnosis. Seems like she had bad tension type headaches and branded them migraine for attention and exaggerated the meds she was taking. MOO.

That much medication would make one extremely nauseous, nausea being a side effect of taking too much of those meds.
Color me skeptical.

I think I’m relieved to know this, thanks @Detechtive .

The Woolies shopping receipts released showed, in addition to her pastry purchasing habits, her purchases of paracetamol, ibuprofen & aspirin on the Sunday shop, possibly maxing out permitted amounts.

The timing of these purchases did make me wonder if she had been stockpiling painkillers with the intention of sprinkling a special extra seasoning on the BWs, either with the intention of trying to mask initial symptoms of the DCs or maybe even to add another level of attack on their poor livers.

But hopefully it was just her normal personal usage.
