Australia Australia - Pheobe Bishop, 17, failed to board a flight from Queensland, Bundaberg, 15 May 2025 *Arrests* #3

IMO

All signs indicate that something terrible happened in the he house early in the morning.

The noise was so frightening that a neighbour,
who was already used to weird ppl next door (or is it next house?),
decided to call Police.

Now,
add smashed TV to the mix,
a missing girl,
and the picture becomes clearer.

I don't think anybody saw poor PB alive this day outside the house.

And I also don't believe the argument
(which woke the neighborhood)
was about pre flight nerves
or someone angry of being woken up too early.

Nope.

The motive seems to be something that made somebody to commit the unthinkable.

But did the police arrive at that time, that's what I want to know because wouldn't they have seen something amiss as in signs of a fight which had taken place ?

They arrived at 8 am.
That is what I read in the earliest report in DM (which is now edited).
And my memory is all right
(well, according to me, that is).

I don’t recall them arriving at 8 a.m.? Was there a link previously posted about this?

The link is edited by DM now.
And I only follow this case through MSM and Websleuths.
I don't read FB posts.
I remember 8 o'clock.

But who knows?
Maybe they edited it b/c it was a rumour?

IDK

Definitely wasn’t premeditated. IMO
Very disorganised and impulsive.

I think something triggered the housemates on the drive and they hit her with the butt of the gun in the car which accidentally killed her. They then freaked out, drove onto Samuel’s road off the road to figure out what to do next. They then took her to Good night Scrub to dispose of her body.
Then they retrieved her body and put her into her duffle bag and put her into water somewhere close.

Just based on profiling and offender patterns. My opinion only.
Or possibly strangled with the strap of the makeup bag ? Strange detail that a makeup bag was mentioned.

I think this is one of the most plausible theories. There are quite a few details that can't be ignored which point to the alleged murder occuring on the way to the airport.
The lead detective all but verified this in his press release. "We allege three people entered the airport drive vicinity, three people did not leave that vicinity". This point leads me to believe she was dumped closer to that area and retrieved at a later date and taken to GNSNP.

That's not how it works - police need to prepare the full brief for the defence team(s) to review before the next step can be taken and given it's such a huge case the police will have given an estimated timeframe for doing that. Solicitors for both defendants will have had that discussion with police and then advised the magistrate of how much time is needed before the next mention (court date). There's not much point having another mention before that. So in agreement on the adjournment but not working together as such.
I am fully aware of preparing briefs of evidence for court and the court process. My point was that the accused does not usually say let's give the police time to do their job. They are usually only focused on their own perspective.

The articles that were posted with the security camera footage of that car have mysteriously disappeared, so I don't think I'm assuming that. It was very obviously to people in all the threads on here since she disappeared that it was a kia carnival and not an ix35. Someone got a grey car on their CCTV and sent it to the daily fail and channel 9 and they ran with it.
If you listen to police interview linked yesterday, you will hear the police specifically say the car was ix35. The photos of the lookalike car have been taken down, yes. Media got it wrong and admitted it a week or so ago.

If you listen to the police interview that has previously been linked, you will hear that the police believe it was near the Bundy Airport.

Copied from media articles:

“We will allege that our evidence will outline the fact that three people arrived near to the airport and three people never exited that vehicle,” Det. Mansfield said.

That says to me that they dispute the account given by TB and JW that they ever left the vehicle (and PB) at the stated location for a time and when they returned PB was gone.

Has there been any confirmation that PB was sighted in the vehicle (alive) with them at any point morning? I haven’t seen anything in the news but might have missed it. I think it’s entirely possible that the police statement simply means they believe PB was in the vehicle at the time, not that she was necessarily alive during the journey.

RIP PB, you deserved so much more :(

What on earth can they have done to her in a car? Whilst one of them is driving.
Did they force her out the car and execute her or something?
Sorry for being gruesome, it's hard to comprehend that something escalated to the point of a murder whilst so very near to dropping her off - if she was getting on their nerves or enraging them you'd think they'd just be glad she's about to get a flight and be gone.
I can't understand what all this has been about, I know we'll find out in due course.

I've been convinced that the murder took place in the house but for the police to release this 'allegation' must mean that they are pretty certain of their facts. My reasoning was that the poor girl knew far too much about the nefarious goings-on and perhaps the pair got nervous that if she went away, they would lose control over her and she might spill it all to the boyfriend. There has to be a reason why this all happened on the day that she was about to go away. It's not random, although I'm not saying I necessarily think it was premeditated - I just don't know.

My thought regarding the 2 charges of moving the corpse is that they possibly left her in the GN scrub, then realised that was pretty obvious andpicked her up again. But once the search had been completed, they believed that they would be safe to move her back there as it wouldn't be searched again.

Just my cogitations because I can't find any sense in the killing of a 17-year-old girl who seems to have been a victim in her own life for years. RIP Pheobe.
