These are the pieces that I believe that will bring this puzzle into view. I posted earlier that I believe the 5k could simply be a decoy tactic that JW used to push his 'runaway' theory but as the QPS haven't dismissed it as yet (which you would assume they would have once remains were found) I'm not entirely sure. The tracksuit pants and makeup bag are definitely of some significance for him to volunteer that information, I just can't figure out a plausible reason just yet. As we know, replica handguns were seized from TB's vehicle, it's possible they were in the bag and when forensics tested they found PB's DNA. That's all I've got so far. I'd love to hear more theories on this.

This is a photo from the same day as the one that appears to show duct tape. I honestly think its just the lighting in the other photo that looks like duct tape.
You can see the scratch in the material here which wouldn't happen to duct tape.

But as another member mentioned with the scratched back panel this also show a scratch on the mudflap. Hit a tree perhaps......

I've seen enough home reno shows to know it's possible. You'd want to hire professionals to pretty much gut the place first. It would likely be costly and I feel so badly for them. Who would ever imagine you could do so much damage in about 8 months?

She could have been, but she only got her first weapons charge after she started dating JW. I'm assuming she lost her job because of that charge. And her brother has said JW was abusive to her and said this:

Bolded by me. He says in the same article he reported both of them to multiple agencies due to concern but he only wants to chase JW out of town. She's family yes but this suggests JW is the 'main' problem or caused things to get worse IMO. Desperate plea for help before Pheobe Bishop vanished without a trace

TBs brother reported the lack of care to Child authorities. He dobbed in his own sister, as well as JW. The brother did not believe it was fit for children to be living there. He blamed them both.

There’s been a lot of discussion about possible causes of death, and I just wanted to throw out a theory for consideration.

What if after the fight at the house ( a possibly injured) Phoebe was given something to calm her down—maybe drugs—before the planned flight, and it caused an accidental overdose or left her unconscious? They then realise they can’t drop her at the airport like that .Could it be that, in a panic, dumb and dumber made a terrible decision and took her to Good Night Scrub, where things escalated further?

Just speculation, of course—but the timeline and behaviours do raise a lot of questions.

I wondered that same thing Anonymouse - and I wondered if that was the significance of the makeup bag story.

doesn’t seem to be much new offical news or updates so hope this is comment is allowed/ okay timing.

I am absolutely shocked and appalled at the state of TB’s and JW’s living conditions, especially after reading how relatively brief their stay has been at the rental in Gin Gin.

I was wondering if anyone had specific or even vague information on how this might be dealt with from a legal/ landlord standpoint? I highly doubt they would have any money left for damage fines or professional cleaning. I feel sorry for the landlord, and I never thought I’d be saying something like that in today’s housing crisis. But that property condition truly is awful, won’t be cheap to clean.

Who cops the mess if tenants/ person at fault get’s locked up?

One can only home that the owner has Landlord Insurance to cover this - I think they cover tenant damage, loss of rent etc.
