I wonder if the car already has another motor in it and runs, or he conveniently removed the motor the same day, to say this car doesn't even go?

Somehow, I don't think this is this guy's first rodeo with LE.
Well he looks like he knows a thing or two about cars with that motor out.
Can't see how a mechanic would be working on it in someone else's stinking yard.

Let's assume he is handy and can remove car engines.

I'll go with he removed it after he finished doing what he needed to and told police it doesn't go because it has no motor

He certainly seems to know the ropes with LE, yep agree, can't imagine its his first rodeo

Why the comment from him with the makeup in the car?

A. Was PB already multiple days extinct from life?
Hence, the stench from the house was covered by the dead dog smell.

OR

B. Did he give PB black eyes that day, and was going to cover them so she could get on the plane?
I have seen videos in circulation from the morning of the 16/05/25.. in those videos a motor is sitting on the boat trailer. As someone who has removed motors previously - it could be done in that timeframe but would require some type of lifting apparatus which is not viewable in the footage. Again it could have been removed from the site before the videos were taken? Seems unlikely to me tbh

Are there any locals from the area in here? Was there a power disruption on that day?

There's a different style flare on there, you can tell by the squareness look from the back, and it's wider.

QPS most likely removed the tape to see what was hidden underneath it. It looks like the car has hit something at the rear on that side. He taped a larger fibreglass fender flare over the small black rubber one. Maybe they also removed the fender flare for testing or evidence.

Well he wouldn't have needed to drive it to any servo to fill it up because he seems to be a collector of Jerry cans.!

That red one and the 3 shown in the Hyundai, seems like they really must forgot to fill up their cars at a servo 🤷

Also is that a box of cleaning products beside the red Jerry can?

Can't imagine either of them would even KNOW what a cleaning product is???

I'm a motor mechanic by trade and spent 8 years working for an engine reconditioner. He could have easily removed that engine with a mobile engine crane in a few hours, it would have most likely been removed on the road and then wheeled back onto the footpath. The car hasn't been sitting on the footpath for a long time, you can tell by the amount of grass growing under it.

Well it is plausible the lifting apparatus wouldn't needed to be removed from the house right?

Not sure why he'd need to .

The car doesnt drive because it had no engine in it when police came knocking

After all, his car was unregistered so can't drive it *cough*

Here's my car that's stuffed and I haven't had the coin to repair it since taking out the engine

Pheobe’s Mum is a real lady, with a heart of gold!

Pheobe's mum Kylie urged the Gin Gin community to 'respect' Bromley's family after she was charged with the 17-year-old's murder.”

“Kylie bravely called on the local community to support Bromley's family and said her daughter would want people to show 'compassion'.”

I also want to remind our community a very important reminder, and this is imperative for our family and for for us to move forward in our healing,' she said.

'I know Tanika has been charged. I know her family live within our community and I expect them to receive respect, and I expect them to receive the respect that they deserve.

'They have the not made the decisions that this woman is accused of. They are not guilty of any of those actions. Those kids mean the world to us as a family.

'They meant the world to Phoebe as a family as well. It is imperative to us, as a family, that they are supported just as much as us. They are hurting probably more than us, even though we have lost our child.

'But I really need you to know that Phoebe's compassion would have reached that depth. There is to be no anger or hate towards that family.'

'That person will be brought to justice in a way that justice deserves to be brought to. But that is not dependent on her family, and I need everybody to know that.’
We've already seen what an outraged public can do, with the confrontation between JW and a member of the public. (The umbrella incident). The town of Gin Gin is small (1,139 people in the 2021 census) and no doubt the community is mad, I can see some people taking their anger out on the families of the co-accused. TB has 2 children, and potentially other underage relatives, not that age matters really. Nobody should direct their misplaced anger at individuals who may share nothing more than DNA with them both. It would be tough to be a Wood or a Bromley in that town now, for a variety of reasons. I commend Pheobe's mother for her compassion in her time of immense grief.

To add from the link:

"The young couple have owned the property for several years
and only found out about the disgusting state of their house when it made headlines after Pheobe disappeared.

'It was a beautiful home,' they said.

The male owner told Channel Seven on Saturday:
'We started a family in this home'.

The couple hopes
to 'clean it up and make it liveable to get it back on market'."

Ummm....
Good luck!!!
😵‍💫

I've seen enough home reno shows to know it's possible. You'd want to hire professionals to pretty much gut the place first. It would likely be costly and I feel so badly for them. Who would ever imagine you could do so much damage in about 8 months?

So this reads to me that KJ is compassionate to the entirely Bromley family, including TB. Then talks about "That person will be brought to justice...". Sounds like she is only blaming JW.
Then later on, TBs brother doesn't hold back about his sister and reported the kids to police for living at that house. I don't see Pheobe's brother having compassion for either of the accused.
I don't see it that way. I think she shows compassion to everyone else within her family, especially TB's kids, but not necessarily TB herself. I do feel for TB's brother, who did what he could to try and get things going on at that property dealt with. He must be feeling a lot of guilt that he wasn't able to make changes, though none should be directed his way.

This is a photo from the same day as the one that appears to show duct tape. I honestly think its just the lighting in the other photo that looks like duct tape.
You can see the scratch in the material here which wouldn't happen to duct tape.

But as another member mentioned with the scratched back panel this also show a scratch on the mudflap. Hit a tree perhaps......

I think not so much guilt but sheer disappointment and frustration with a situation he had no control over.

He did everything he could to raise awareness of what was going on behind the scenes with TB and her kids but every department had a "do not disturb me " sign hanging on the door

The whole of Australia's legislation into DV, Child Protection and these Government bodies that fall under the umbrella of community services need a complete review and investigation.

People blame themselves yet it's actually the Australian Government Departments that are at fault.
The system is so flawed

TB brother should be proud of the way he tried to raise awareness of what was going on in the life of TB and her children. He and his mum did everything they could to try and help her, she chose the path less travelled.

That's a much clearer view of the back of the car and wheel cover!
And it looks to be more garbage in the plastic container beside the Jerry can. Makes more sense of their filth than cleaning products, the feral animals

I get that. I just feel that guilt is a feeling he is likely to feel, although he absolutely should not. He did what he could, fighting a very flawed system. Pheobe should have had supports in place, TB's kids should never, ever have been allowed to live in that home in any form, TB should probably have had supervised visits, among other things.

The phrase "it takes a village" comes to mind. The village is sadly not supported well enough by the government. We are a nation falling apart at the seams and it seems whatever the government do, it's too little, too late. Reactive, not proactive.

I hear you 😞 see it everyday in another line of work

I think you're right, it's just an optical illusion from the lighting and scratches. There are even hits on the lower rear bumper.

I wonder why the office chair is out there.

Gotta wonder why any of that filth is out there - absolutely gobsmacked at the state of that house.
There is definitely a number of areas of damage to that left rear quarter.

I lived on the outskirts of a social housing estate growing up as a kid, and this was fairly normal. I remember houses would have to be gutted when tenants left, floor coverings, sinks, toilets, cabinets, sometimes complete walls, everything just thrown out in a big pile. Sometimes the tenants would even burn the floorboards. It's why the government has pushed rentals into the private sector, they know the real cost of grubbs like this.
