How in Gods name was she suppose to find $5K in that bedroom?????
JW is full of it!
There is always this special drawer in a chest of drawers

Or...

Apologies as Iam catching up but wasn’t the seat vinyl/leather removed from the front seat?It defies logic like much of the case
Can't possibly have occurred in the streets
The car would have had blood if she was killed using any sort of weapon eg knife
That leaves what in a car?
The seatbelt?
Was she strangled in TB car by the seatbelt???????????
If she was seated in the front seat, which for me makes complete sense that the police say she was alive in the car , caught on CCTV in that area, then logic tells me she was sitting in the front seat.
Not in the back like JW says in his Gold Interview
Can't think of any other way it could have possibly happened in the car![]()

sorry if already discussed, but has there been any timelines created regarding the condition of the house?“The landlords said Tanika Bromley never missed a rental payment until 10 days before Pheobe Bishop’s disappearance.”
“They said Bromley was about to be evicted from the home after it failed its last inspection, saying she had already been given notice to leave.”

Hmm..
The Black Suitcase - To me it looks like a cream colour handbag with the strap tucked into the opening area where the zip isA piece of fabric has been cut out of the back of the couch (too clean to just be ripped) - could this have been by forensics?

With all the rectangular plastic tubs everywhere it surely looks like they were packing to move out.
They stopped paying rent 10 days before PB's disappearance (I think it was said). Does that mean they were 3 days overdue (weekly rent is usual in Australia) or 17 days overdue?
This suitcase I think @mishy66 posted, it looks like adult incontinence aids, adult diapers in other words (loose and in packets) plus a crochet blanket. In other words, elderly people belongings:

If I give them the benefit of the doubt, all the rubbish piles might have been in rubbish bags, then opened by police. In the video a whole bunch of full/closed rubbish bags are visible. But that doesn't really make sense - why would police leave some bags unopened?
The bashed in door/ broken lock stile is the door to what I assume is TB/JW's bedroom (you can see the tipped over fan base in another shot):

Pheobe's room makes me so sad. All the finger print dust is haunting. I did also notice she has a copy of The Gypsy Kitchen on her shelf. As we know from previous news reports, the IGA worker, Pheobe was struggling to afford food. From the write up of the book:
"You can forget ordering expensive takeout whenever you're confronted with a seemingly empty fridge. Instead, you just need to take another look. With some Gypsy Kitchen magic, you'll be able to take whatever that "empty" fridge has to offer, mix it with what's inside those "bare" cabinets, and create satisfying and tasty dishes everyone will enjoy."
She was obviously trying so hard to make the best of a bad situation.
Apologies as Iam catching up but wasn’t the seat vinyl/leather removed from the front seat?
Yes have noticed before.
I have a theory about that in regard to where Pheobe may have been sitting the day she disappeared.
IMO police cut that part of the leather out for forensic testing.
Yes, the air circulating under the house keeps the house cooler. And why is that?
Is the reason the climate or what?
I find it interesting!
Well it kind of makes sense for me now that she had a plan to not come back if things worked out in WA for her.If they were due to be evicted in a couple weeks and pheobe was going to be in WA for 10 days then how on earth was that timing going to work out? Or is this the crux of the situation?
Well it kind of makes sense for me now that she had a plan to not come back if things worked out in WA for her.
I couldn't see her doing that earlier because she would have had her personal possessions still in the house, eg her special things like maybe jewellery boxes, photographs, clothing she wasn't taking, or things that mean something personal to her> her siblings which she was obviously close to,
but now seeing the pigsty and hearing that TB was about to be evicted, it puts a whole new spin on the dynamics of what could have been going on
Maybe there is a lot more to this story than a murder case and perhaps it will all come out in due course.
IMO this case has a long long way to go and I am sure now that police are investigating every single area of PB life.
"It is unknown why Pheobe was at the house or how long she had been there. He lip syncs to the lyrics 'She shares my dreams, I hope that someday, I'll share her home.‘
I bet the ladies are lining up!
On another note, while this article is old I am only just catching up and this Tinder thing struck me as interesting in terms of motive.
Maybe it has been discussed in earlier threads which I missed.![]()
Tinder row that ripped apart missing teen Pheobe Bishop's housemates
Pheobe, 17, was last seen on May 15 when James Wood, 34, and Tanika Bromley, 33, gave her a lift to the airport from their ramshackle home in Gin Gin, near Bundaberg, central Queensland .www.dailymail.co.uk
Might have gone into depression after she lost her kids.sorry if already discussed, but has there been any timelines created regarding the condition of the house?
I think I read they hadn’t lived there very long, maybe 6 months? I was just wondering if the mess was almost instant or if there was a very sudden decline in upkeep that may be indicative of larger issues - i.e their mental state/ lifestyle changes.
I just wonder if PB moved in whilst those were the conditions, or if it was a sharp decline. It does speak to PB’s decision to move in, the pro’s must have outweighed the cons (filth) at the time.
I don’t know either of TB or JW employment situation, but it’s interesting that a payment was never missed or maybe late, considering it was a surprisingly expensive rental (because rural).
I just love this bit that she says to her friend. She also messaged a friend to say she was heading away to see her boyfriend for 10 days.
'I take off to WA in three days! Get out of this s*** home for a bit so that will be good, just packing atm [at the moment].'
I'd guess usually in cases like this they'd be taking large areas of linings back to the substrate and starting again. But yeah, floorboards, like you said, I'd imagine them trying to saveHave you ever smelled a dead rat in the ceiling? Imagine dogs in the house.
I'd say they'll need to sand back the floorboards and seal them; the urine smell alone would be bad enough. They want to hope that meth wasn't smoked in the house because the resdue cost thousands to get rid off.
I'm not sure if police have come right out and said that her luggage is still missing or not.I just watched the news with the Landlord's and the filth they have to now clean up... But have a look at Pheobe's room - black suitcase semi packed at head of bed![]()
