I'm not going to comment on stuff like this because I'd only be making full assumptions about the family dynamics. We don't even know if PB wrote this in the first place.

Unfortunately, what's happened to PB is fairly common when adolescents aren't directly supervised; there are 2 cases just off the top of my head that have ended the same. Look up Tiahleigh Palmer and Leanne Holland.

Agreed, although I do think PB wrote this. It's a post, not a repost, and contains specific details, such as issues with her mum, having a new niece, turning 18 this year, having less piercings etc. It's a little too specific. It is a template of a TT trend "I met my younger self for coffee" but the words are hers in my opinion.

I used to think that parts of my house could get a little messy at times but wow...

IMO - There are a lot of times when tensions are high that we say "we're not going back". It is possible that PB's mum and her clashed more due to PB's Mum telling PB to get out of that house. I also read that PB wrote "I looked at her as I felt my heart shatter" when dicussing her siblings. IMO this suggests that PB grew up in a house with love. Even looking at all the photo's of PB with her Mum and her siblings, you can see a connection between them all. MOO

From the news report, the landlord says he knew TB prior.
It's doubtful the landlord would have let the property to her had he thought she was a shady character.
We know PB's family knew her too.
What went wrong with TB?

What an absolutely appalling state in such a short space of time, it's shocking to see and sad that Pheobe was living in that.

I make no excuses for her.
That makes it even worse in my view!
She knew them, yet she had absolutely no respect for someone else's property.
It's appalling.
I'm not blaming JW either for her own actions.
Even though he might live like a pig, no excuses for her doing so too.
She had choices, she made hers.
It shows the level of respect she has for her friends home, her long time family friendship of Pheobe who was about 8 when she met her, and herself.
They are both a pair of disgusting humans.

Tialeigh is not a great example. She was in care from a young age due to problems in her family household and was killed at the age of 12 (I think) by her foster carer who was concerned she’d become pregnant to their son. Totally different scenario.

PB’s mum doesn’t fit the profile of a person who doesn’t care about their teen, who wants to relinquish or abandon them. Even in hindsight. They’re a totally different breed.
What could have happened though is PB didn’t comply with rules and boundaries in that home and they had a disagreement and she was told that she knows where the door is if she’s not willing to do those things expected of her. In my experience, many, many adolescents these days, take that as being “kicked out” and “asked to leave”.
It’s tricky to speculate when there are no facts known about what happened between PB and her mum, and I think it’s unfair on the family.

It's not that difficult to present as someone with their stuff together when you meet people.
I'd say for it to get that bad that quick it's just the way people like that live.
Evidence of poor eating and drinking choices from literal quantity of rubbish shows me they were not people living with the ability to make remotely healthy choices and they lacked the basic instinct of hygiene and self control in consumption.. let alone the cost of those products as opposed to the cost of ingredients to make food. IMOO

I just watched the news with the Landlord's and the filth they have to now clean up... But have a look at Pheobe's room - black suitcase semi packed at head of bed

That one is a brown one.

It might have been the image she wanted to portray, being that kind of person. But let's be real, I can't see her dusting the fake leaves after she's redecorated on a high (metaphorically). IMOO

It looks like they were all packing to move out? Maybe that's what the suitcases are for together with the tubs. Police have confirmed PB was alive near the airport. I can't imagine she got into that car without her luggage.

I'm struggling to believe that any place can get that squalid and filthy in just six months.
It's as if they were even bringing trash from elsewhere and tipping it out inside the house.

If this was in a movie set, nobody would find it believable as it's too over the top.
