Yes have noticed before.
I have a theory about that in regard to where Pheobe may have been sitting the day she disappeared.
There is also what looks to be a pink handbag? just behind him. Not saying it belonged to Pheobe, it was just a contrast to the state of the car with all of his jerry cans and garbage in it.

I wondered if Pheobe was in the front passenger seat too. Maybe, for whatever motivation, Wood and Bromley thought it would be intimidating and controlling for one of them to sit in the passenger backseat and one in the driver seat.
The pink bag/case looks out of place, maybe it belongs to Bromley and he was keeping it close?

She put photos up next to her bed where her head would be. My mind goes to how they must have meant something to her & that was what she last saw at night, first in the morning.

Yeah, that's what they do from my experience. They burn the bond money on owed rent, then the owner can't take any of it for repairs. It takes you months to take them to the rental tribunal due to all the backlog of cases, and by the time you legally evict them, it's weeks and sometimes even months. Looks like they were planning on moving at one stage, with all the storage boxes in the house.

it reminds me of an interview with a worker in breeding business I read in my country's MSM once.
She said her job had nothing to do with cuddling sweet cute puppies,

Yes probably got the eviction notice 2 weeks prior and thought ok I'm not paying rent the last 2 weeks

The Landlord said TB had blocked all contact
