The owner picked up a gun scope under the house.

You can tell that there was DV in the household, all the smashed locks and bog marks in the doors from all the punched holes.

I didn’t see them go under the house in the video. Is there more than one video?
Yes definitely obvious DV has been occurring in that house

Before and after the Wood-Bromley effect….

Honestly folks...

This house must be ozonated
(to kill bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens)
to be habitable again.

Ozone is a reactive gas that can be used for various purposes, including disinfection.

As it is now,
it is epidemic in the making.
Imagine all the vermin living in this filth 😵‍💫

Hello, my first post here. I noticed in this footage that it looks like the material from the front passenger seat, seat has been taken off, exposing the foam underneath. Has anyone else noticed this? I thought it was odd if that’s the case considering the state of the Wood/Bromley house and cars, they seem like a worn or damaged car seat wouldn’t be something they’d care about too much.

Absolutely not

The poor police would have had to have almost gravitate to not step on all that dog poop!!!

My god I hope her kids weren't living there at some point 😡

Family services would have surely got involved

Interesting she stopped paying rent 10 days prior to Pheobe going missing 😡
You have to wonder if it was deliberate chaos crap show considering the circumstances of pheobe missing it would have only been a matter of time before police arrived.

Yep I raised this in the last thread.

The post earlier which showed JWs 4WD initially missing a mud guard (while the house was a crime scene) then later on it had a mud guard duct taped on (still while the house was a crime scene). How did he access the crime scene to duct tape his mud guard on.
I know the pictures clearly show this has happened whilst the house was a crime scene but it’s not making a lot of sense. You aren’t allowed in crime scenes are you? Why would you go back to an active crime scene and duct tape you mud flap back on???
Maybe the mud flap ripped off in that first searched location when he ran over the tree stump. He went back and grabbed it and stuck it back on to "fool" police.

Im not at all surprised considering their association with pig hunting - guns go hand in hand with the "Sport"

Yes have noticed before.
I have a theory about that in regard to where Pheobe may have been sitting the day she disappeared.
There is also what looks to be a pink handbag? just behind him. Not saying it belonged to Pheobe, it was just a contrast to the state of the car with all of his jerry cans and garbage in it.
